Well, you've made it to the end and understandably you're pissed that they didn't get their happy ending. I wrote the last chapter of Closer Than Your Shadow before I knew character names or plot lines. It'd been sitting in my notes app for two years and finally seeing it pieced together with a whole story was so so so special for me. I didn't expect more than a hundred reads and I'm fucking elated we've gotten this far and people enjoy it! That being said I didn't want to leave you all hanging because I am going to be taking a little writing break, but I have a feeling Claire and Dick's story is far from over...
