Sweat dripping down from my face I tried to calm myself down. Breathing like someone who lost her oxygen I sat up straight.
Climbing out of this now soaking bed I went to the kitchen and drank my pills doc gave me to drink for my phobia. I really hated storms no I despised storms as they had lead me to some serious trauma.
Checking at the time on my phone showing '6:05' I just couldn't sleep anymore. "Thank you storm" I sarcastically commented and left the kitchen.
Taking a quick shower I had no other choice than to go to the nearest library (aka. My favorite place on the campus) I just couldn't wait reading that book.
I had made a deal with Janise the old lady owning that library that if she get me that book I would help her sign in to Tinder.
It makes my stomach flips knowing that an 78 year old lady is still ready to mingle, unlike me who doesn't want anything to do with males at the moment.
Looking at the weather app it showed that the weather would be nice throughout the day so no more storms would surprise me.
Applying a light layer of makeup I did my natural make up look and finished it off with some glossy lip gloss.
Wearing comfy clothes which is obviously a grey hoodie with cargo pants (ofcourse you can never be wrong with the pants) with my headphones resting on my shoulder I laced up my Nike Air force 1 which is surprisingly very comfortable.
Walking to the library my face lit up seeing Janise taking selfie with her phone which I helped her set up. I sneaked up on her and tapped lightly on the computer as her phone was held up at a insanely high in the air.
I giggled and tapped again making her place the phone down and my father's company logo appears behind it.
"Morning Janise nice to see you" I gave her a bright smile and she returned one back.
"Hi angel" her sweet voice made me turn a light pink. She gave me smile and pointed towards a box that half way open.
"I found you're book in that box right there you just have to dig for it" she explained and I gave her a big smile. "And I'll help you after my classes with you're app"
Leaving a smiling Janise behind I went to the box. Opening it further I searched through the piles of books but there was no book.
I glanced at Janise and she was stuck in her phone not leaving the phones screen. Scanning through the library I saw the book.
In someone's hands.
Walking to the figure I noticed that it was a guy reading the book. Chuckling in annoyance I sat across from him which is next to the window and he ignored me.
Glaring at him I took my headphones placed it on my head and played some music.
After what feels like 20 minutes the stranger tapped on the table and my elbows resting on the table I could feel the vibration of him tapping.
Looking up my eyes locked with his light brown eyes and I got lost in them for a moment before he tapped again.
He pointed towards his ear. Looking hella confused he grabbed my one headphone and slid it off my ear. "Can you please lower the volume of you're awful music I'm trying to read"
Grabbing my phone I stopped the music and looked at him as he was continuing reading the book. He glanced up at me and I looked away quickly.
He closed the book placing it infront of him "Like what you were seeing?" He asked me and I looked up at him.
