Chapter 10

The ride back to his apartment was silent. I couldn't believe that my own mom would say that shit to me. Her own daughter.

The car came to a stop but before Luke parked he stopped the car. Switching it off he turned to face me.

"What happened?" Turning my body towards him tears started welling up again.

"May I stay by you just for a while?" Asking while wiping the tears away. "Did you're mom kick you out?" He asked and I gave him a nod.

He sighed quite hard and pulled me by the neck in for a hug and I hugged him back.

Waking up Luke wasn't in the bed with me. Sitting up he came in the room with boxes in his hands.

"What's this?" I asked and he placed the box down by the other piles of boxes. "It's you're stuff"

My eyes widening he went to go fetch my stuff. "You're neighbour that lives next door told me this morning that she heard loud noises and went out to see what's happening to see you're mom throwing you're stuff out"

Holding onto my mouth I couldn't believe it.

He came up to me hugging me. "I went to go fetch it so less stress for you" he comforted me and I thanked him.

"I made breakfast" he said making me smile. "Hungry?" I gave him a nod and we went to go eat.

Thank God I don't have classes today so I can spend time packing my stuff.

Sighing it was currently 6 pm and I had just finished packing away my last stack of clothes. Luke had given me space in his closet before going to his classes so I was alone in the apartment.

I had stolen one of Luke's shirts and wore it with shorts. My hair being in a low bun I sighed and sat down on the bed.

The door opening Luke came in tired. Throwing his back on the floor next to the door he took of his shoes and came to me laying directly on my chest.

"How was classes?" I asked playing with his hair.

"Fucking awful" I chuckled and he looked up giving me a kiss. "Let's move in together" he said.

"But we are" I commented with a light laugh. "This is campus property not ours, I found a one bedroom one bathroom apartment near the school and it's on for sale now"

Giving him a smile I hesitate before shaking my head as a yes "okay" I replied and he jumped up in excitement.

Grabbing my arms he picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist. Leaning in for a kiss Luke deepend it.

He sat down with me still wrapped around him. Not breaking the kiss once he pulled us away.

Staring deeply into my soul I smiled. "I just now finished packing away my stuff" I whined he smiled at me and kissed me again.

Waking up in his arms naked he was fast asleep. I slipped out of bed successfully and grabbed one of his shirts and my shorts.

Walking out of the room I bumped into Josh and he squinted his eyes.

"I'm sorry about the shoes and the vomit" I apologized immediately. He tried not to smile but he failed as he smiled.

"Let's make things up over lunch"

"Lunch?" I asked and he showed me his phone and it was fucking 12 pm.
