Bio: No one is really sure where she came from, but it's rumored\assumed that she's a creation of some sort of Shockwave's. Depending on who you ask she was once a normal Deception who Shockwave experimented on or she's just Shockwave deciding to create a hybrid one day. But whatever the story is, it's undeniable how loyal she is to him.
Relationships
Shockwave: She would literally be offlined for him. This undying loyalty can get somewhat extreme to say the least, but that's not going to stop her.
Literally anyone else: She treats majority of them as lessers. Doesn't matter if they actually somehow outrank her she still thinks herself to be better.
