"That's why the kids were always so sensitive. But I had no idea." Su Ryeon said crying.
"They were bound to know one day. Don't blame yourself so much. They'll understand someday. I'll talk to them." Dan Tae said.
"I feel so sorry to you too. You tried so hard to take care of that sick child for 16 years. But there's been no progress."
"Don't ever say that in front of Hye In. Although, she can't speak, she's sensitive. I'm sure she hears and feels everything. I feel sorry I haven't supported her enough to make her recover." Dan Tae said as he hug Shim Su Ryeon.
"Don't say that. You've been so kind to her as if she was your own child." Su Ryeon said as she put her head on Joo Dan Tae shoulders who's hugging her.
"Hye In is my child no matter what they say. If she's your child, she's mine as well. Seok Hoon, Seok Kyung, and Hye In. All three of them are our children. We can overcome this." Dan Tae said while his hand caressing the back of Shim Su Ryeon.
"But how do you think they found out?" Su Ryeon said while looking up and facing Joo Dan Tae.
"I'm not sure. I don't understand either."
