•~• Hey guys! o3o sorry I haven't been updating, as I've been kinda 'off' lately, if you catch my drift. But anyway, no excuse in the world could keep me from writing. And holy shit! Over 300 reads. Well, I was surprised when it got ten, tbh!
I've been getting some private messages asking me if I'm going to keep on with this fic, and right now it's my favorite one to write, so yes of course. Anyway, read on and stuff. •~•
Me and Ellie waited in silence, I guess we were both just really lost in thought, I was, I know that for sure.
I knew I shouldn't have been so exited under seeing my favorite YouTuber, but something had clicked. Most of the time my mind aloud the thought that anyone 'famous' had a perfect life, but that's not true.
It's like with band members, mainly in the rock genre. People think they're great, and people to look up to. Where most is true, most members probably did drugs, or smoked, and other stuff in that section of invading life.
The door behind me clicked open, and I flinched. Ellie did too, as far as I could tell, because the side of her arm brushed against mine for a mere second.
I looked up to see a man with piercing blue eyes and blonde hair staring down at us.
"You can see your brother, now.." He began, before looking at Ellie. "And your friend there can too."
I looked over at Ellie as her face flushed to a crimson color, probably at the fact of how attractive this doctor was, bless her soul.
Once he was out of her way, we both walked in and Ellie stayed near the door. I guess she didn't want to interfere with me and my brother.
"Collin?" I asked, as he looked up tiredly at me, raising his eyebrows.
"Are you okay?" I knew this was a dumb thing to say, but it was just instinct.
"I'm fabulous, Al." Collin replied in the most sarcastic voice anyone could ever manage, and he smiled a bit.
His smile comforted me, I knew he was strong. I managed a nervous laugh, and he looked up at me more seriously than I would have expected.
"Alice.. I'm sorry." He said, as his eyes swelled up, tears brimming of the edge of them.
"Why are you sorry?" I said, frowning as my heart dropped. It pained me to see him this sad, considering he was never like this.
"I'm sorry for trying to leave you... I'm sorry for trying to leave mom... I'm sorry for making everything so fucked up... Everybody probably thinks I was doing this to make you guys m-more upset, dad left, now I attempt to leave. I'm an I-IDIOT!" By the end, he was almost choking on his tears, as some slid down my cheek.
"Collin..." I said. "You're not an idiot, everything will get better, and this will all be a memory.." I looked at him with as much affection as I could manage.
Collin stayed silent, before hugging me. It felt awkward to hug him, we hadn't in a while. But things were going to change, and I was sure about that.
