Chapter 1 - The meeting

Many days later, at Berrybloom's skating center..~

Ah...

December! The month of Christmas! Where snow is supposed to BE abundant!..Which is not the case today...It actually looks like we are in spring right now..Thats why ski isn't avaible, and that its favorable to skate inside of a skating center..

(Liam)-[bag in the arms] Im kind of really surprised that the skating center is open today...i mean, since there is no, not even a miligram of snow outside...

Liam is one of the youngers officers at the berrybloom's police office. Well-he is not THAT young, but, everybody at the police's office is, like.. thirty, or fourty years old, and Liam is only twenty-five, which makes everybody think he's unresponsible, and unexperimented..(okay, okay he just started, i know.)... but he has good skills even if he is as stubborn as a donkey.

(Sebastian)-eh, well, as long as its open..Also, it feels really good to take a break from work, for once..

(Liam)-It's not a break, Seb. [He says, giggling at the same time] They just don't need us for now.

(Sebastian)-to my knowledge, it is exactly THE SAME THING!

Sebastian was Liam's coworker, and really close friend.He was the down to earth type, and a little bit older then Liam. That's why he was always trying to protect him, always suspecting something...etc. The twenty-eight years old man wasn't really the social type.He's more of a ... ''loner''?

(Sebastian)-[Sebastian would pout a little and say;] I wish we could have bring Joy... [he sighs]

(Liam)-Hang in there! Anyways, you know Joy CANNOT come.

(Sebastian)-Yes, yes, i know, thank you for the record. But Joy is a police dog, AND a german shepherd!

Joy, Sebastian's best friend, but also a police dog, has the habit to come in the police's office, and to follow Sebastian everywhere.But, unfortunately, the skating center did not accept dogs, even if they were german shepherds.

(Sebastian)-'got the skates? [He asks to Liam]

(Liam)-Of course, what do you think im dragging since earlier?

(Sebastian)-A bag..?

(Ophelia)-...Yes, a bag, with skates inside of it.I really wonder how you became officer, actually- (says a random voice from behind them)

(Liam)-[He jumps out of surprise] GOD DAMMIT, OPHELIA! WHERE WERE YOU?! I DIDN'T SAW YOU COME?!

Sebastian laughed because of his partner's answer. He would take his skates, put them on, tie them and then hop inside of the 'ring'.

(Liam)-By the way, You're late!What kind of buisness kept you in this time? huh?

(Ophelia)-Yeah, sorry.. i did have some... ''buisness'' to take care of... but do you mind not talking to me like I was ALWAYS late?!

Ophelia was Liam and Seb's friend.She had that bad habit to come late, for some reasons, that, strangely, would always stay secret.She was working in Berrybloom's hospital two days per week, since she was still a student of twenty-four years old.

(Sebastian)-C'mon, i did not came with you for nothing, guys, i'm waiti-

Suddenly a random woman collapses on sebastian- Whichs makes the young officer react;

(Sebastian)-HEY! careful-

(Unknown)-I-im S-sorry..!! I didnt mean to..! (she says, interrupting the 28 years old,visibly scared)

(Sebastian)-Huh.. it's no big deal- it's my fault, i should have got out the way.

(Liam)-Poor lady! You are scaring her, Sebastian Clark!

(Unknown)- No need for this... I am so sorry if i reacted in a.. weird.. way, i just confused you with someone else. Im Melissa Andrews, nice to meet you.

The relatively tall woman looked tired, and really.. sad? kinda?

Liam would hop in the ring,pat seb's head and answer;

(Liam)-Liam O'brien, Nice to meet you too, my partner that bumped you in is Sebastian Clark,

(Sebastian)-Respect is dead.

(Liam)-And the girl that cannot tie her skates and do not know how to skate is named Ophelia Parker!

(Ophelia)-YOU ARE SO RUDE! (she shouts, slightly smiling) I WILL REPORT TO THE POLICE!

(Sebastian)- And you say im not using my head enough? Did you forgot we ARE working in the police?

Melissa giggles a bit before asking;

(Melissa)- Wait- you guys are working in the police..?

(Liam)-Well..yes?

(Melissa)-I'm sorry to talk about it now, but i need to report a missing notice.
