Making her way through the party, Yeoreum organized her thoughts. First things first, she needed to do was have a conversation with Jaemin. Their date tomorrow had been on the back on her mind the whole week, but Haechan's comment a few minutes prior dragged it to the front. She couldn't wait any longer, in fact, Yeoreum had definitely missed the appropriate time frame to tell Jaemin what she needed to say.

She needed to call the date off.

Yeoreum couldn't, in good conscience, go on that date with Jaemin. Just like what Shinae had warned her not to do, she said yes to a second date without being completely sure of her feelings-- and was inadvertently leading Jaemin on. It was never Yeoreum's intention to do that to him, it was just that she was so confused and unsure of her own feelings-- and so convinced that she would never find better-- that she forced herself to pretend. But now, Yeoreum was sure.

She loved Jaemin, but not like that. No matter how much she tried, she could never force herself to. And it would be completely unfair to Jaemin himself to be in a one-sided relationship like that. No, she had to tell him.

After that, Yeoreum would have to gain the approval of  the Dreamies to stay at their place for the night. And maybe the night after that. Until Yeoreum could figure out what to do with herself. She grimaced to herself. She hated the idea of imposing herself upon them like that, but she really had no idea where else she could go. Her mother was the closest relative to her, but was still a two and a half hour drive away.

Finally, she managed to spot Jeno and Renjun near the kitchen. Making a beeline towards them, Yeoreum kept her eyes open for Jaemin, but couldn't spot him anywhere in the near vicinity. Upon noticing her arrival, the pair immediately brightened and rushed towards her.

"Are you okay?? Doyoung said you went to be by yourself, did something happen with Winwin?" Renjun fussed, holding her arms as he inspected her bare face. Yeoreum gave him a sheepish smile.

"Nothing that bad-- I just learned some concerning news about Solmi and needed some space to think," she explained, gently pushing him back by the shoulders. Renjun pursed his lips, unsatisfied by her response. He didn't press further, knowing she would probably explain later.

Yeoreum turned her attention to Jeno, knowing out of anybody, he was the most likely to know where Jaemin was.

"Hey-- do you know where Jaemin is? I need to talk to him," she asked him. Both Jeno and Renjun froze slightly at the question, which didn't go unnoticed by Yeoreum. Examining their faces, she felt concern grow at their apprehensive expressions. Furrowing her brows, she asked them both; "Did something happen while I was gone?"

Jeno looked to Renjun to offer an explanation, but the Chinese boy gave him a look that said, 'he's  your bestfriend'. Sighing, Jeno ran a stressed hand down his face as he tried to formulate a response.
