"No. I can't, I can't." Said Alfie. He turned away and put his head down. Gabby closed her eyes. She's never been so embarrassed in her life. She didn't want to open her eyes, if she did her tears would run. Then Alfie would see and she would be more embarrassed, if that was possible.
The tension was broken within seconds. Alfie looked round and brought Gabby's face so close to his, she could feel his breath. It was warm against her nose.
Then she no longer felt his breath. She didn't care. She felt something else. She felt his lips against hers. She didn't want it to end. It was nothing like she expected it to be. It was a million times better. It took her to a world better than Earth. Nothing else mattered. Just them.
