He heard someone shout a stunning spell and ducks. it hit Queenie in the area near the heart in what could be a fatal spot and her held fell back and hit the concrete wall making no sound. the other woman says look what you did to her Theseus you hurt a unarmed person"
He knew he had been the one that shouted the spell but he didn't know the stranger would Dodge and reflect it that easily. Newt would probably hate him for this, but he didn't mean to hurt her.
