A Date for Jay part 1

"Your probably wondering why I've gathered you all here today." 

"No, Kai, we are not; you texted us in the group chat that you need help planning a date for Jay." Zane blatantly stated. Kai rolled his eyes, "Fine sense, you know. Can you help?" Zane, Cole, and Lloyd looked over at Nya, "He's your brother. You help him." declared Cole. "Like I know what to do." spat Nya. "Guys, please help me. I'm hopeless," Kai whined. "Your something alright." muttered Lloyd.

"Your sarcasm is not appreciated here, Green Ninja" Kai was officially done with these idiots. He only wanted to plan a nice romantic date for his lovely boyfriend. At this exact moment, Kai's phone rang; it was Jay. 

"Everyone shut up!" Kai screeched, reaching across the table to get to his phone.
"Yes, beautiful, Kai answered. "Hi baby, do you know where everyone is, I searched the entire monastery, and I can't find anyone." Jay sounded stressed. Who knows how long he was looking? "Breath honey, I'm sure they're here somewhere. Did you check the workshop?" "No, ill go look" Jay seemed to calm down a little. "Okay, Jay, call me back when you find them, okay." "Okay, bye, darling" "Bye, sweetie." 

Kai did know where everyone was. They were at Skyler's Noddle house. Kai realized that if these idiots weren't going to help him, he would have to ask someone else.

Skyler's POV

I watched as the ninja walked into the noodle house. Everyone was there except Jay. What was going on? Now I know it's rude to spy, but when the ninja forgets one of their own, you have to. 

They were having a simple discussion, and then Kai's phone rang. He stepped outside to take the call; while he was gone, the other ninja were talking in low voices. I could barely make out that Kai wanted help with a date for Jay, but when I was about to go over to talk to them, Kai walked in and marched toward me.

"I need help with a date for Jay." I wasn't surprised. Kai was a lovely guy but bad at planning. Also, I snooped. 

"What do you want me to do." I ask him.

"Well, Nya's always going on and on about the awesome and romantic dates you guys go on, so I figured you could help me plan one for Jay." While he is right about Nya and me having great dates, I don't know Jay very much to plan a suitable date for him and Kai.

See with Nya, I know she likes sweet romantic dates like candlelight dinners and ballroom dances. She also loves simple dates, like long walks, and getting ice cream. 

"The best way to plan a date for Jay is to think about what he likes." Kai seemed to think about this. "Well, he likes inventing and romantic movies. He loves going to the pool and playing board games and watching game shows and dancing, and"

"One thing at a time." I get Kai to stop rambling, "Just pick something good for a date." 

Kai stops and thinks, "Mabey go see a movie." "That sounds perfect, glad I could help, and your food is on the house." 

Kai looked at me, thankful but confused, "I didn't eat anything." 

I laugh and point to Cole and Lloyd, who have already cleared three plates. 

"Oh, okay, thanks Skyler, bye." "Bye, Kai."

Goodbye for now lovelies. There will be a part 2 with the actual date. <3
