Izuku's POV
The night was bad. I lost count of how many times I woke up. From being too hot or being too cold. A few times I had to stumble my way to the bathroom where I would just dry heave into the toilet for what felt like hours. Kacchan was by my side each time rubbing my back telling me it was okay or trying to force me to drink water so I would have something to throw up, but the idea of even drinking the water made the heaving worse. After each session I would be so exhausted Kacchan would carry me back to bed but I always passed out before we made it there.
The last session I was leaning against the side of the toilet, almost about to pass out when I felt Kacchan place the thermometer in my mouth. He then said something to me but I was hardly conscious and didn't make it what he was saying and then he left the room. I tried to stay awake for as long as I could but I eventually passed out before Kacchan came back.
Katsuki's POV
I woke up to Deku jolting out of bed for the fourth time tonight as he ran to the bathroom. I check the time and it's 6:03 in the morning. My alarm is gonna go off in a half hour so I shut it off, then I follow the nerd to the bathroom.
I find him leaning on the toilet barely having the energy to cough. I sit down next to him and push his hair out of his face. It pains me seeing him look at this. He's so not himself and is struggling and I can tell he's in a lot of pain. My hand brushes over his forehead and I quickly pull it away, shocked at the amount of heat coming off of it. I grabbed the thermometer and placed it in his mouth.
It beeped and when I took it out the temperature read 41C. "Shit Deku, how the hell did your fever get so high!" He didn't reach at all to my yelling which really scared me. I ran out of the bathroom and grabbed my phone. I needed to get the stupid nerd help fast.
Aizawa's POV
I woke up to my phone ringing. Why can't I just one good night of sleep for once in my life. I look at my phone to see it's Bakugo calling. I answered the phone "You better have a good reason for waking me up" I say in a monotone voice. "Deku's fever spike and it's way too high and he is not responding, please help."
Just then I remembered the text he had sent the night before. I also heard something I never want to hear in my student's voice, fear.
