Deku Sickfic (Soft Bakugou)

Chapter 3

Katsuki's POV

I got back to my dorm and helped Izu into my bed. He had fallen asleep as soon as we started heading back to the dorms. I wish I could say he looked peaceful but his brow was furrowed, clearly he was in pain. He looked too pale except for the flush on his cheeks from the fever. Right, I should probably take his temperature.

I went to the bathroom and got the thermometer out of my frost aid kit and went back over to the nerd. I placed it in his mouth and waited. After a minute the beep went off signaling it was done. I took it out and my jaw ADP dropped when I saw how high it was. 38C! I need to get this fever down. I grad a washcloth out of my wardrobe and head back to the bathroom. I run the cloth under cold water then ring it out. I head back into my room and place the cloth on the nerd's forehead.

"Shit Deku, how did you get this sick so fast!" I spat. I need to get some stuff together for when he wakes up. The frost issued was getting the fever down and I need to get some meds for that. So I left heading to the store, hopefully the nerd will stay asleep for a while.

Izuku's POV

I wake up to a pounding headache, I roll over and bury my head into the pillow, however the action or rolling over causes everything to start spinning. Then the nausea hit as I felt my stomach start lurching forward. I tried to get out of bed but my dizziness made me fall right to the floor. No longer able to hold back I start dry heaving as there is nothing left in my stomach to bring up, since I haven't eaten anything today.

I sit on the floor for what feels like hours before the heaving subsides. I'm so tired and my body aches from trying to force up stomach contents that didn't exist. I felt like I was about to pass when I heard the door click open and saw Kacchan walk in, then my world went dark.

Katsuki's POV

I arrive back at my dorm after getting what I need from the store to find Deku on his knees on the floor looking about ready to pass out. I drop the bags and run over to him "Izuku! What the fuck!" But before I even reach him he's out again. I pick him up and place him back in the bed and get the thermometer again.

I placed the thermometer in Deku's mouth and it still read 38C. "Well it hasn't gone up but I still need to get it down." I walked over the bags I dropped on the floor  and took them to my desk and started digging through them until I found the bottle of acetaminophen and a bottle of water.

I got over Deku and tried to wake him up. "Izu I need you to wake up please." I say as I gently shake his shoulder. He groans and stirs a bit but doesn't end up getting up. "I have some meds for you, they'll help you feel better I promise." He sits up not opening his eyes and holds out his hand. I hand him the pill which he places in his mouth then the bottle of water and he takes and sip and hands it back then lays back down.

I set the water on the bed side table then head to my desk and start on homework since it's Sunday and there is class tomorrow. It took me about an hour to do my homework. Once I was done I went to check the nerd again. I felt his forehead which was still burning up so I rewetted the cloth for earlier with cold water and set it on his forehead. Then I got ready for bed and laid down next to Deku since it was already 8:30. Before I went to sleep I texted the hobo to let him know the nerd had a high fever all day and wouldn't be in class tomorrow.
