The light fell, warm pink clouds slowly gradually dotted the sky. Teito held Mikage in his arm, his soft fur flowing with the breeze. His other arm clinging onto Frau shirt's hem. Both trailed silently as the street lamps started lighting up, illuminating the dark corridors. Carriages stopped by the door steps, slightly obstructing the paths.

Frau's cigarette left a trail of ashes and Teito watched it fade away slowly. Just like how the church did. They barely escaped from the military, losing an eye of Mikhail in the process. Teito holed up in the inn ever since till Frau dragged him out.

"Brat, wanna grab a bite?" Frau turned around and asked Teito. With only his hair visible, Teito's hair shook a little. Well, it is dinnertime after all. The amount of kors in the air increased tremendously and Teito perked.

"Wanna...take a BITE ?" Without words of agreement, both split up and searched for kor. Cries of anguish and sounds of footsteps on rooftops pattered the town, though it was just casual purifying, Teito 'kor-kill' rapidly rise up.

Frau POV

I need to get him in control... Stopping my actions, I listened to the string of misery sounds that reveal Teito's tracks.

"You l'il sh-." "fsssssshh..."

The sound of the kor fading was followed by a strangled noise. Godamn efficient kor- killer. I swung myself up to a rooftop covered in moss, don't humans always keep things clean?

If I fall because of this damn moss I'll.. sharp pain coursed through my shoulder, causing me to growl at the mysterious opponent. The opponent fiercely growled back, blood started to streak my shirt. I pulled in and broke its hand, a few strands of hair as well in the process. The other hand lacerated my face, blood started oozing out of my wound.

Hmm, distracted by the brat ain't my style... I'll show you what I'm made of, hm, kor?

I pulled out my scythe, seemed hungry tonight. The kor screeched, pulling along the claw in my shoulder. It jumped from the roof, planning to take the fight to ground level. I won't let you.

3rd person POV

The ghost changed form, the grim-looking face appeared through the fog while struggling in mid-air. The wounded kor panicked and knew that its was going to get killed by Zehel. It didn't help any better with its plight now. Frau swung his shape scythe through it and the shape blade drove into the cement floor, creating sparks.

Unexpectedly, several kors gathered there, knowing that a Ghost was there.

"A ghost..." "It's here... kill him-KIL-"

Frau drove the scythe into it as other kors attacked Frau.

"Damn, it's gonna be a busy night..." He said and the fight began.

Frau's POV

I turned away from the kor, just to face 3 more. I'll just do it in one swing... I wanna to go to the pub. I tried to retrieve the scythe but it wasn't coming out. The kor is holding onto it... shit.

"Hey, a ghost can't even handle situations of this level ? Pathetic." A condescending voice broke the tranquil night.

I looked up and a figure was standing in between the two buildings, his legs crashed onto my face.

"Oops, sorry." It was definitely intentional. Ouch.

Teito's POV

I found Frau stabbing a kor, just then three more creeped up from the shadows. I skittered on the roof while the strong wind whipped across my face. I jumped in between the dark aisle where Frau was preparing to swing his scythe.

What a poor ghost, can't even defend himself against 4 kors. "Hey, a ghost can't even handle situations of this level? Pathetic." As I rammed my feet into his face.

"Oops, sorry." I stuck out my tongue, behind his back, getting ready my spells.

I swung my staff and spells slithered out swiftly, bursting through all 3 kors.

Hmph, that is what supposed to be to a fight.

The skeleton like wings slowly crumbled and turned into ashes. The wind blew its remains towards me, covering me in a thin coat of grey substance.

Ah... it truly is a wonderful night...

Frau's POV

Damn, it hurts. And I use my face for a living... well to get girls and information.

The kor slowly dispersed and the kid was solemnly standing there. As the dust slowly fade  away across the pavement, Teito whispered, "Truly a wonderful night..."

Upon finishing his sentence, he wobbled on his feet, his hair slowly fall back and arms, uh what? I barely caught him, just before his body slumped .
