"So ya, that's pretty much how I got the job." You spoke, looking up at the man sitting across from you. His eyes staring back in interest. "I said yes to the offer because to be honest, I was lonely and didn't have much else going for me, so it just seemed reasonable. Now I have friends, a place to stay, and a job." You told the man with a shrug as you leaned back in your seat, giving the man a joking expression before continuing. "And if I didn't join then you wouldn't have me to show you around this place."
Copia's face turned a light pink for a moment before speaking. "What about the other ghouls?" Copia asked, his head now cocking in a questioning expression.
"Trust me, you wouldn't want that." You said while chuckling, shaking your head at the thought of the chaos that would erupt if that happened instead. "They would do anything BUT what they were told and you'd be walking into your room tonight wondering why you're even here."
Copia nodded, a small chuckle coming out from his mouth. "They seem like an interesting bunch, I'm excited." He said sarcastically but jokingly. "When do I meet them? What are they like?" He continued, curious about his new bandmates.
"Well, they all can be obnoxious and obscene sometimes, but they are good guys" you stated, looking up at the ceiling as you thought about your bandmates. "The boys are more upbeat and outgoing, the girls on the other hand like to chill and are easier going. But don't get me wrong, they know how to have fun." You said with a laugh, looking down at Copia again. "As of when you'll meet them, that'll be... Uh, now." You said, looking up at the clock as 8:00pm read on it.
It was now time for dinner. Hopefully it goes well.
Copia stood up dusting off his cassock. "Alright then, let's go." He said as a smile formed on his face. He was excited to meet the ghouls, the ones who played alongside his brothers when they were the frontman before him.
Copia was determined to be great like them, to uphold the standards Nihil and Sister Imperator have for him. He wasn't going to let them or his brothers down.

You both were now at the dining hall, dinner was being set at the table by staff as everyone was taking their seats.
You and Copia had walked in last, causing a lot of heads to turn, especially the ghouls who have yet to see the man.
"Hey man! Copia right?" Swiss had shouted from his seat at the table. Earning him a brisk smack on the hand from Imperator who was seated next to him.
"Learn to greet people respectfully won't ya? Specially the new frontman." She said, giving him a stern look before looking at Copia. "Take a seat wherever you like cardi."
Copia nodded as he sat in the first open seat. You then followed and sat in the open one next to him as well.
"T-thank you." Copia said quickly and half mumbled. The nerves finally started to get to him again.
It was obvious that he was feeling anxious with all the eyes and pressure on him. You looked at him and noticed he was fidgeting with his hands.
The nervous quirk of his you quickly picked up on when you both met this morning.
"So copia, how has your first day in the ministry been so far?" Imperator spoke, looking at the anxious man across from her.
"O-oh! It's been nice, Sirius did a great job giving me the rundown of things." He said, the nervous quiver in his voice breaking through despite him trying to hold it back.
You took a bite of my food as you listened to all the chatter back and forth between Copia and the others.
You hoped everyone would get along and not stress the poor man out anymore with all this clergy talk, but that was unlikely to happen knowing the situation.
"So cardinal, are you excited to get started with the band?" Cumulus spoke, her soothing but excited voice filling the room.
"Y-yeah I am, I'm excited to get to know you all and make this year one to remember." Copia said, his nervousness starting to ease away a little as he spoke more.
"Then let's make it one!" Rain said, causing the others to pipe up as well. Everyone now giving a toast to the man
Cardinal smiled, his face now flushed from the excitement of everyone's approval.
"Thank you guys." He then said, taking a bite of his food. Thoughts of all the fun to be had with everyone filling his head as he ate and chatted with everyone the rest of the night.
