The White Invasion

A messenger appears in front of Jin's desk,

"Captain Izumi, Head Captain has called all captains for an important meeting and says to report immediately."

Jin stands up and puts down his paperwork, "I suppose it's important."

Jin flashes away to appear in front of the door in which leads to the meeting. Once all the captains had gathered, the meeting commenced.

Head Captain Yamamoto begins the meeting with a loud statement, " We have confirmed what Aizen's goal is and where he is. He is currently in the land of the Hollows gathering up his forces to attack Karakura town for the souls to create an Ouken. To add to this, Inoue Orihime has joined Aizen and is a traitor to us all."

Jin is appalled by this statement and goes to speak against it. "What do you mean she joined him? There's no chance she volunteered to do this!"

"It matters not as to why, she now stands by his side." Replies Yamamoto.

Jin says, "How can you even motion your lips to finish that statement Old Man? Orihime would never voluntarily side with Aizen unless there was a reason."

Head captain replies, "You could be right but nonetheless, she must be treated as such. In order to make this clear, under no circumstances should ANYONE go to retrieve her, including Ichigo Kurosaki."

Jin begins to chuckle to himself and then it rolls into a laugh, "Seriously? So much for the wisdom you are supposed to have after all these centuries you've been around Head Captain. Clearly you are growing senile as time moves forward. You expect not only us but the infamous uncontrollable substitute Kurosaki to not rescue an ally?"

The captain says, "It is an order to all Izumi, for this is no laughing matter. I grow tired of warning you of your behavior when addressing me."

Jin barks back, "Do you take me for a child that is easily intimidated Old Man? I assure you I do not have even a shred of fear in my body of you."

Yamamoto eyes open and are beaming with disdain at Jin. The glare is returned as the spiritual pressure becomes heavy and heated. The room begins to feel as though an inferno is swirling in the air causing all in the room to sweat.
Shunsui finally breaks the tension by stepping forward to interject, "Alright alright, now let's all calm down here. Let's be reasonable and say you're both right within your positions. However, we should refrain from having internal disputes that could be our downfall in this operation."

Jin and Yamamoto return to normal composure acknowledging the truth in Shunsui's words.

The meeting proceeds with the Captains receiving the rest of the information obtained from Toshiro regarding the Arrancars attacking Karakura Town and Ichigo's condition after the attack.

Jin says to Toshiro, "These Arrancar seem to be very formidable if they can hold their own to you, Captain Hitsugaya."

Captain Hitsugaya said, "Not all of them apparently. There is a ranking and power scaling of sorts amongst them. There are some that have a number tattooed on them signifying where they stand and how strong they are. The ones that don't are their underlings but still have a power that can match a Captains potential."

"Interesting and scary. Not just the fact of what they can do, but the fact that Aizen was able to give them such power." Jin says as he shoots a quick glare at Yamamoto.

With all information received and a plan devised, the meeting is adjourned and preparations are in progress for the fight against Aizen and his Arrancars. Jin waits outside the barracks of Squad Thirteen in anticipation of crossing paths with Rukia. To his surprise, his young apprentice Reiki comes around to visit squad as well.
