breaking and entering: he will get 2 years in prison for entering and a a 2000$ fine as that's someone's door he has to pay for door

Possession of stolen property: you can tell his crowbar is stolen, he will get 2 years for this as well as a 2000$ fine

Attempted 1st degree murder of an officer: assuming his goal was to take out doggy and the player, and the fact it was most likely premeditated, he will get a life sentence 

Escaping lawful custody: he will get a 5000$ fine and a sentence of 6 months added
