Mass bribery: for this crime he will get a 100 thousand dollar fine and a 10 year sentence 

child endangerment: assuming he made distorted memory and that memory can actually kill, he will get 10 years in the slammer

Endangerment: he also does this with Zizzy he gets another 5 years in jail

Careless endangerment and criminal harassment: he gets another 5 years for each tsp member and a possible restraining order 

Mass poisoning: it was revealed to be him behind the infection, he would get a life sentence

Trespassing a military base: even tough he didn't directly do it, he was still the person behind the crime. you already know what's coming (10000 dollar fine)

Mutilation: he would get a  hatte for penny as you can see major life changing effects he will. Get a jail time of 5-14 years

Attempted 1st degree murder: in the hidden ending, he tries to kill the player and if it wasn't for the player find a weakness, he could've succeeded. He gets a life sentence for this.

Coercion: I forgot to mention this earlier but he will get 5 years for forcing markus to join him

Attempted murder: he will get a life sentence for trying to kill Russell 

Coercion: he forces Glenn to join him against his will. Another 14 year sentence
