Chapter 4

"So Tommy. I saw you eavesdropping on Heroes earlier. Care to explain?"

"Uhhh.... Sorry. I got pretty curious." He answered.

"Okay. Let's go out now. We'll attempt to get what I was trying to get last time."

"I don't want to go out." Something is definitely wrong with Tommy.

"Tommy what's wrong? You're usually exited when we go out as villains" I was genuinely worried about him. He must've heard something earlier.

"While I was eavesdropping on heroes. I heard them saying they wanted to make a report for the whole committee to try and hunt us down to convert us into heroes." Tommy started crying.

"Oh Tommy. It will be okay. As long as I'm here we'll be fine. Now let's go."

I went outside he followed behind.

Wind actually uncovered a new ability. The ability to control clouds and stuff. We're both standing on one right now.

"Is that the place?" Wind asked.

"Yes. Yes it is." I smirked.

"Wait here." I added.

I jumped down to grab the thing I needed.

Then boom. Dream shows up.

"We meet again, 404." Dream grinned.

Why was he...

Dream looked up and grinned even more.

I looked up and what I saw...

I saw Wind being held up by other heroes. I saw them strap him around with stuff.

I quickly dropped what I was holding. And ran to him.

Good thing I acted fast.

I managed to knock over those other heroes. But the hard part was to get those straps off.

He won't be able to use his powers if he still has them. I have to take it off him now. There might be a tracker here.

I took off some of the straps that was on Wind.

I just noticed that they also made him wear a mask. And because he looks like he's sleeping. That mask probably had some sleeping effect thing on it.

I managed to get all the straps off and ran away.

-Dream-

Once I got home. I got called up to join their meeting. That was probably the one they were doing earlier.

I saw almost everyone in the committee there.

Aerial, Siren, Blade, Blaze, and even the Hero in training, Timer.

"Hello Dream." Aerial Greeted.

"Hello. What seems to be the reason you have called me here?"

"You usually fight 404 and Wind, am I correct?" Siren asked.

I nodded in response.

I sat down at my usual seat.

"We have been thinking. What if while you fight 404. We try and get Wind?" Blaze recommended.

"We could. Wind is usually close by. Either he's on a cloud or just in an alleyway."

"We could use some of Truth's state of the art, electronics." Blade spoke out.

"But isn't Truth a villain?" Timer was confused.

"Yes he is, but he'll get you anything you need, with a price" Blade replied.

"Then try and reason with him first."

I really didn't have time for this. I should be relaxing on my couch watching TV right now.

"I already have. He said he'll do it.

I told him I will take the Fast Delivery package.

The items were $10,000 while the Fast Delivery package added $7,000 to the cost." Blaze said.

And pulled out the machine.

"This is the machine thing. All we need to do is strap Wind into this and wait."

"I guess. You got it all undercover. Though still a question, why did you have to specifically call me when I see that you already prepared for this?"

Did they just waste my time or is there actually something important about this.

"Well. We still needed approval. And we can only get those from either the Number 1 hero, who is on break, or the Number 2 Hero, which is you." Aerial replied.

"You got my approval. Now let's talk about how we're going to execute this plan." I grinned.

I'll just sum it up for you, Y/N

So basically we will wait at the spot where we know 404 will stop by to get what he was getting last time. And Wind being a child he is won't see us coming.

We just planned that while 404 left Wind alone, we will start our plan by strapping him up.

"Dream you f*****g b***h! Don't break the 4th wall!!!" E11a shouted.

On queue we saw 404 come with Wind. They ride on a soft cloud.

The others started to strap Tommy up to the machine.

"We meet again, 404." I grinned.

404 started to look confused.

So I looked up to explain it to him

When he saw what was happening, he quickly jumped us to the cloud and knocked everyone off. Removed the straps, and damaged it in the process.

We were all frozen in place. We were shocked.

Then 404 left carrying Wind.

"That was step 1. Let step 2 commence."
