The Nativity || Sadie Smith (complete)

Part 1

'Sadie's POV'
I'm right now in lesson with everyone messing around a Mr Maddens yelling at us.

"Sit down! Alfie, that's you in detention for the week. TJ that's you in detention for the week and also TJ, that's your parents into school tomorrow" sir says as we all sit down while TJ gets told off.

"Who can spell Bethlehem? Go!" Mr Maddens say as me and a few others put our hands up.

"Bele.." "no next Ollie!"
"Belt.." ""No! TJ?"
"Bele..." NO! Sadie do you know?" We all laugh when TJ got it wrong.
"B-e-t-h-l-e-h-e-m" "Finally someone got it! Thank you sadie!"

We are all now in assembly and Mrs Bevan came to the front and started talking to us.

"Good morning boys and girls."
"Good morning Mrs Bevan!"
"We are on the run up to Christmas!" We all cheer.
"Isnt that exciting? Now last year, Mrs Spink did the nativity play and if you remember she got a bit upset and she started shouting a lot and crying and some of you, I remember we're crying with her. So, we are going to have to find a new person and this year to make the best nativity play is Mr maddens. Yes!" We all start clapping and cheering but after 5 minutes we stand up and start singing Christmas songs. We then finish and go back to our classroom.

Just after lunch Mr Maddens tell Ollie to come to the front to tell the class what happened in the nativity.

"Tell us, clearly and concisely, what happened at Christmas? If you think your so clever." Mr maddens asks Ollie with his arms crossed.

"Uh.. Joseph got together with Mary and then Mary went to Bethlehem to have a baby. And she had a baby, Jesus. A couple of year later, at about 30 years later, he dies on the cross then,.." he then got interrupted by Mr Maddens.

"Go and sit down, that was almost blasphemy what you're just done." Ollie went to sit down and we all started laughing.

Mr Maddens then goes out the room but after 10 minutes another teacher who was apparently mr maddens new teacher's assistant started singing and we all started messing around and singing.

Mr Maddens that walks back in the room and sees his teacher's assistant (but obviously doesn't know that) and walking towards him.

"Who are you?" Mr Madden asks.
"Mr Poppy." He answers
"Yes what are you doing here Mr Poppy?"
"Oh I'm.. I'm your teaching assistant." He says pointing at himself. Mr Maddens then looks shocked but then we get told to sit down and and we get given work.

Mr maddens walks around the classroom till Mr Poppy puts his hand up and mr maddens walks over to him and talks to him silently but then Mr Poppy loudly says
"Who wants to do a play?" We all say Me and put our hands up.
Mr Maddens then tries to calm everyone down but Mr Poppy interferes.

"Just move the tables to one side.."
Me and TJ start to Move our table but Mr maddens stops us.
"Sadie, Sadie! TJ, put the tables back. The next person to move their table, will be in detention for the entire term" the bell then rang and everyone left except me because I don't like going outside that often.

All I see is Mr Maddens telling Mr Poppy to come inside but being an actual child and all the child playing with him.
