Henry POV
Charles rest on my lap as I tried to think of something that could solve our problem. Ellie played with Star, Dave and Rupert was talking about dating, and I didn't know what were the Toppat crew was talking about.
I reach for my bag and searched for any devices that I might put. I look for a few more minutes until I found three items that I forgot about.
Fast hand driller
Jumped boots
Teleporter
Seriously?! That's all weapons I have. This cave might as well kill me and end my suffering. But I knew one of them has to work I just don't know which one.
"H-Henry?" Charles finish taking a nap noticed the devices in my hands. "Is there something wrong? Maybe I can help."
"No, no it's fine you should go have a chat with everybody else while I figured out something."
"Don't be silly Henry I'm letting you deal with this burden. Now let me help you."
"You can count me in too." Ellie was standing there with a big smile on her face. "I'm getting seasick of this nightmare."
"Ellie we are underground how can you get seasick," I said.
"Shut up bud I have my ways, so How are we busting out of here."
"Well we can't used the jumped boots because we will bump our heads many times," Charles said.
"Hey remember the time when Henry gave those jumping boots to Calvin, he screamed for his mommy and end up face first in the mud," Ellie laughed.
"Of course I remember that I recorded it for my own pleasure," I said.
"Yeah but you also got in trouble and have to clean the military bathroom for two weeks," Charles said.
"It's was still worth it."
"Whatever Henry."
"About the hand drill you can set up any speed you want and you have a option to increase or decrease the size," Ellie said.
"Not after what happened last time," I said.
"Uh yes you were trying to dig up something and you ended up spinning around on the drill until you crashed into a tree," Charles said.
"And your face was so banged up you saw diamond flying around you as I was laughing," Ellie said,
"That's not funny."
"Actually Henry it is," Rupert said.
"Oh what would I do to see that," Right Hand Man said. Everybody laughed at my stupid fails over my life except for Charlie and Star of course.
"So that's leaves with the teleporter," I said.
"Well you will not seeing me with that," Ellie said.
"And I heard that little thing cause you to be trap in a strange place," Reginald said.
"In that's case I'm not risking it," Sven said.
It felt like they were complaining for hours even know it's been ten minutes but I snap again and put my foot.
"Look I get it the teleporter cause us a lot of problems including me but for the sake of god we have to used it."
"What do you don't get we are not using that tricky thing," Burt said.
"Complained about it about it all you want but it's either this or living the rest our lives in the ground with no contacts, no family or friends, and no stealing."
All of them went speechless and thought about it and Charles suddenly grab my hand.
"Henry is right it's our own shot of getting out of here and we need to trust him."
"But didn't he..."
Before Sven say what he wanted to say, Ellie stomp on his foot. "I trust Henry."
"Yeah me too," Dave said.
"Hmm I guess for now," Reginald said. Right Hand Man, Burt, and Carol just nodded.
"Come on Rupert what about you," Dave said, playfully knock to his shoulder.
"Ugh alright fine but how are all of us is going to teleport together."
"There's a mode to move everybody instead of one person," I said.
"Just do it already," Sven mumbled.
I switched the mode and put my hand over the button, feeling sweat coming down my face, then Charles kiss on the cheek.
"We trust you but believe in yourself."
I press the button and next thing you know we were all outside, then crashing to the dirt ground.
"We're alive." Sven did a little dance and we stared at him. "What aren't you all are happy."
"Yes the dirt ground," Ellie said.
"You're not going to kiss it are you," Carol said.
"Of course not you spoiled assistant."
"Alright we're leaving we have better things to do than this," Reginald said, walking away with his minions behind him.
"Not so fast," I said.
"What is it now," Right Hand Man said.
"Our business isn't done yet."
"Yeah he's right," Rupert said. We aimed our guns to the Toppats who were unable to fight back.
"So you're going to arrested huh," Reginald said.
"Well we could but we have a deal with you people," Ellie said.
"And what's that then dear."
"We want you quit your criminal business and start over making normal lives for yourselves," Charles said.
"And we don't," Sven snarled.
"I can honestly promise you criminals will be trapped in a very secured cells with strong guards and best of all there is a one percent chance to escape," I said.
"Fine now can we go."
"Sured and we expected all the stoled goods and money you caused right?"
"Yes, yes can we go now."
"We're also going to need a hand shake to confirm it," Ellie said.
Reginald let out his hand and I shakes it, then told me to expect it in few days including money, then soon left for their van.
(All might think that this is the ending but it's not.) >:)
