Some promises are just a Lie

Back in France
Isabelle wake up and she was dizzy.. she was looking around wondering where is she, she realised that she wasn't wearing any clothes.. she started remembering what happened then a flashback hit her.. it was like a nightmare.. she remembered how Noah raped her and how savage he was.. she freaked out and started yelling and crying saying some phrases such as : open the door!, Help me...etc
Meanwhile Noah was in the kitchen when he heard Isabelle's voice, he got afraid and went directly to her..
He opened the door, to find her davestated sitting on the ground... When she saw she got up from ground and walked towards him with death stares... He couldn't face her..he felt shame because of what he did..
-" Happy now? That you got what you wanted?", She said with a creepy smile.

-" Isabelle please...", Said Noah regretted.
-" Don't touch me", she pushed him away from her.
-" Isabelle you know i loved you so much.. and i waited for you, respected your decisions but... I couldn't handle it.. I'm a man who has needs and i was so drunk yesterday and when i entered your chamber and saw you laying on bed with that tiny dress i couldn't wait any longer...", He explained.
-"I'm not a fucking sex toy you know!", She yelled." I thought you were different.. i thought by been in a relationship with you i'll...", She went silent.
-"you'll what?", He asked.
-"you know what.. I'm not explaining to you.. you don't deserve to know a single damn thing about me", she said looking deep in his eyes as she was challenging him. Then she pushed him getting out from that room after been a long time there.
-" où vas-tu... Réponds à ma question tu pensais quoi, si tu étais en couple avec moi tu ferais quoi?", yelled Noah angrily following Isabelle.
-Que j'oublierai mon amour que j'ai sacrifié pour ma carrière et le cas de mon frère. J'étais et je suis toujours amoureuse de mon premier homme qui m'a fait me sentir comme une reine. Qui m'a  vu comme une chose précieuse Pas seulement comme un jouet sexuel comme vous l'avez fait !", She said furious.

Then in the middle of this argument, a bodyguard came and said:" Monsieur, nous avons un problème .. Elijah est venu avec ses hommes et ses armes, il nous attaque littéralement!.
-" Elijah is here? Is he out from jail?", Said Isabelle.
-"wait you know him?", Asked Noah strangely.
-" he's my brother.. get prepared you'll be begging for his forgiveness ", said smiling.

He grabbed her and took her the room she was locked in.. she was so furious she quickly wore a black leggings and a shirt she prepared herself.. clearly some shit is about to happen. Then she heard Noah's voice, he was talking with his guard about their plan.. and that if they failed they will just threat Elijah by killing sister.
After a while, all you can here was gun shots
Elijah nd his gang finally killed all the guards..
-" I'll go find Isabelle ", said Isaac.

At that point Noah is in danger.. he went to Isabelle's room so he can do his plan.. he opened the door to find her close to the balcony..
-" what are you doing?", Asked Noah terrified.
-" you thought that you can easily threat my brother to save your damn life.?", She said smiling making slowly steps behind her.
-" Isabelle don't be a freak... Come here", he said tears in his eyes.
-" stay there.. don't come in closer", she threatened him.

Few minutes later, after he was trying to save her from committing a suicide.. they heard Elijah's voice.. that moment Noah realized that he had to make his plan work.. as he was about to grab Isabelle she threw herself from the balcony...
-" Isabelle !!! NO", he yelled.

At this moment Isaac was searching for her then he  froze when he saw the love his life... Drown in her own blood.. he looked up to find both of Elijah and Noah shocked..
He run towards her, terrified, confused..
-" Isabelle please... Hold on please", he said crying Putting both hands on her face
-"Isaac.. my love.. I am sorry.. I have always loved you for your kindness and courage.. My brother is now free.. I can leave this life proud. Please forgive me", she said those words with difficulty.
Then her eyes were closed..
-" belle... Belle stay with me... ", He said nervous.
He began to help her.. by massaging the heart.. He was pressing with all his strength and then giving her a breath, he never lose hope.. He believed that she would hold on to life..
About half an hour passed without a pulse.. He began to feel Very terrified, then he hit her chest strongly, shouting: "Come on Isabelle!".
Elijah was sitting on the ground with his hand on his head, shocked by the horror of the scene, how his sister was soaked in her blood and how Isaac was trying so hard to save her..
Then all of sudden... The miracle happened.. she started breathing..
Isaac was so happy, he yelled:" she's breathing! She's breathing!".
Elijah got up from the ground and run towards her but Isaac stopped him..
-"Elijah we shouldn't touch her.. there's a huge risk on her life now.. the ambulance will come trust me", he calmed him although he was stressed.
Meanwhile,the ambulance arrived, and Isabel was taken to the nearest hospital as possible.. Isaac was her companion  as usual, he was afraid of the injuries she had. According to what the nurses accompanying in the ambulance explained to him through band aids.. She had  fractures  On the level of the hand and neck .. and severe wounds on the level of the face .. In addition to the most serious injury, which is Spinal injury .
They arrived at the hospital  where they put Isabelle on a stretcher .. Isaac was the one driving that stretcher with a group of nurses.
-""vous, allez appeler le corps médical, elle a besoin d'être opérée de toute urgence... Préparez la salle d'opération immédiatement..", ordonna Isaac.
-"Monsieur, nous devons d'abord l'examiner ", dit l'infirmière nerveuse.
