Some promises are just a Lie

Isaac went out from the operating room exhausted, as he stepped out he faced Elijah whom was terrified about his sister...
-" how is she? Please tell me she's okay",said Elijah afraid
-"I .... I did all my best...we have to be prepared for the next 24 hours... It was a very hard surgery.. all we have to do now is pray", explained Isaac.
They took Isabelle to the reanimation room.. after that Isaac changed his clothes from the blood.. grabbed a coffee so he can concentrate and then he went to Elijah.
-" what happened to him... That bastard?", Asked Isaac.
-"we are keeping him locked until I make sure Isabelle is fine he's with us... If anything happens to her.. believe me they won't even find his body", replied Elijah furiously.
-"what about his cousin an Camille ?",asked Isaac.
-" who?", Asked Elijah as well.
-" they're his family...you know when you attacked all of his property.. look Camille is my patient and I won't let you do anything to her or her father because they're are innocent", replied Isaac.
-"Okey first you ask a lot of questions and my head is like some bomb explode in it... I can't handle this shit.. Second I'm not mad to attack a girl..I don't do harmful things to women.. I respect them and now you stay here and I'll go check on this girl", said Elijah with anger tone.
-" asshole ..", said Isaac laughing." Good luck with that I must warn you that Camille is a little bit mad so be careful."
-" shut up I know how to handle a woman", said Elijah.
-" sure you do..", said Isaac smiling.

Elijah went to Christophe's house... Where his men managed to enter it.. as he stepped in, he heard a girl crying and screaming... He worried about when could possibly happened.. he run following her voice then he saw her holding a knife close to her neck threatening the guard and telling him to not get any closer...
-" Hey hey what is going on here?", Yelled Elijah at the guard.
-" sir... There's a misunderstanding here", said the guard nervously.
-" go I don't want to see  you here..", ordered Elijah.
Then he looked back to Camille and calmed her down:" alright miss... There's no need to be afraid... "
-" Don't come any closer leave me alone", she said tears in her eyes." Where is my dad?", She continued.
-" hey don't be afraid... I'm Isaac's friend he told me to come and get you he can't be here..", he explained.
-" I don't believe you..", she said.
(Damn it that girl is really something else: said Elijah deep in his self)
-" okey I'm gonna calm him right now and you can talk to him alright?", Said Elijah.
(Phone ringing)
-" yo Isaac it's me Elijah.. can you talk to Camille she's about to commit a suicide and I can't get close to her "
-" what... Camille do you hear me?", Said Isaac.
-" is that really your friend because I don't believe him?", She said.
-" tu ferais mieux de poser ce couteau.. Je ne suis pas prêt à faire face à un autre suicide d'accord.. Je ne suis pas capable de faire une autre opération, je suis épuisé. Alors tu ferais mieux de le poser et de ne pas me faire venir ,he said angrily hanging out the phone.
-" he's really angry what happened to him?", She asked Elijah.
-"come give me your hand and I'll tell you", said Elijah.
-" I can't walk ...", She said sad.
-" oh.. that's okey come here", he said approaching to her then he hold her with his muscular arms.. he looked at her eyes lost in her beauty and then he said :" I cannot believe you were about to kill such a beauty".

Meanwhile in the hospital, Isaac was sitting next Isabelle tired putting his hand on hers and watching her sleep like an angel.. tears never left his eyes... He can't imagine a life with out her..
-" belle... Please wake up... We still have a chance to live our life together", said Isaac crying. Then he fell asleep with her..
Few moments later, Isabelle opened her eyes slowly and moved her head a little
-" where am I?", She asked with difficulty.
Isaac woke up quickly and he was so happy that she's finally awake
-" baby you heard me... Everything will be just fine and we're going to go back to the US okey?", Said Isaac happy
-" Elijah...", She said.
-"Elijah is fine he's coming don't worry.. you have to rest now okey", he said.
Then he stepped out the room to leave her alone, after that he called Elijah and told him that she's finally awake.
Moments passed, then Elijah has finally arrived at the hospital with both Camille and Christophe.. Elijah hurried up to see his sister.. he entered the room where she's staying then he saw her... He saw his sister for the first time since he got to jail.. he remembered how she was in highschool and the moment where the police handcuffed him right in front of her and sad she was...
He hugged her tight then she started crying..
-"shh Belle I'm here now... Your brother is here", he said with tears in his eyes.
They stayed like that hugging for a moment alone because all of Isaac and the others gave them space to be together.
Meanwhile
-" Christophe I need to talk to you", said Isaac.
-" sure what's up?", Asked Christophe.
-"if that's okey I will take Camille to the US with us to complete her reduction.. I can't stay in France..", explained Isaac.
-" yeah I'll go ..", Camille said.
He smiled at her and he got back to Isabelle..
As he was about to grab her hand.. she took it away as if she doesn't want him to touch her.
Elijah felt the awkward vibe so he left them alone.
-" what's wrong Isabelle ?", Asked Isaac strangely.
-" it's just.... I .. I can't..", she said nervously playing with her hands.
-" look at me..", he demanded.
-"Don't do that please", she cried.
-" shh what happened baby?", He asked.
She reminded silent then he figured it out...
-" don't you tell me that ... That he did it to you...", He said not accepting the fact that his girlfriend was raped.
-" I couldn't defend myself... He suddenly grabbed me from behind... I couldn't move ... He... He forced me...and .", She explained but she couldn't continue..
-" hey hey it's okey forget it... I'm here with you and I promise you to never disappoint you ever again", be calmed her..
-" he promised me that he would wait me but he didn't... He raped me instead ", she said...
-" Darling you should now that Some promises are Just a lie... People betray... They are evil... They are the devil itself but you should now that there are good people as well okey .. you have a family.. you have me.. Elijah.. you'll be safe with us alright ", he said hugging her."alright you take rest now I'll check on you later ok?", He asked.
-" okey..", she replied.
Isaac met with Elijah at the hospital's garden and he was furious about what happened to Isabelle..
-" take me to that bastard right now!", He demanded.
-" what happened to you man... The police will take his case now", Said Elijah.
-" no... Before the police I have something to do with him first.. for the first time I won't care about being a doctor with the good heart... He pushed me to show him the bad guy .. alright ".
-" the shit is about to get real.. get in the car ", said Elijah amused.
