Today is just a "normal" day! The Sun is shining, and.. Amelia had to go to school. She hopped on her bike and rode away with Daisy beside her. On her way to school she stopped by a donut shop and used some of her allowance to bye a pink donut with rainbow sprinkles on top!

The Donut
She hopped back on and rode to school. She quietly whispered to herself.. "It's g-gonna be ok!" As she arrived to school a group of girls came up to her. "Oh look its that girl." They teased, "Chocolate girl! Chocolate girl! Chocolate girl!" They chanted. With tears rolling down her face she said, "I may have brown skin.. but at least I'm not a bully!" After school on her way home she picked up some flowers for her mom. When she arrived she gave the flowers to her mom. "Sweetie, thank you! Do you want to go to Urban Air? I'll take you and pay. :)" Said her mom. "Yes!!" She replied. As they began to arrive to the Urban Air parking lot, Amelia began to worry.. What if I get taken too! She thought. When she got inside, she got her wristband. The first thing she decided to do was head to the gravity jump, it was blocked off again because of an "incident" that had happened. She went to the foam pit and tried to push another kid into it. The kid was a lot bigger then Amelia! Amelia was shoved into the foam pit and came back up to the top. She grabbed on to the ledge and pulled herself out. Then she ran to the snack bar and picked out some Sour Patch Kids as a snack! Yum, that was her favorite snack. Eventually she was tired and bored so she just went back home. "At least nothing bad happened." She thought.
She headed back on her bike to her house for dinner. Her mom waited to greet her at the door! As Amelia stepped inside the door she smelled the delicious smell of her moms home made tamales. Yummy! What a delightful smell! Her and her mom sat at the table chowing down on the delicious tamales, Amelia's dad was still at work though because he worked night shifts on weekdays. Her mom made the best tamales! Though Amelia didn't want to go to bed her mom still made her go to sleep. Angerly she stomped into her room with a angry face and hopped into her bed. She snuggled with her dog Daisy to go to sleep. Not to long after she hopped into her bed she fell to sleep.
