Chapter 4: Planning.

Genevieve's Pov:

I wake up the next morning nervous as ever. Not only am I seeing Enderson today, but my dumbass decided it would be a good idea to meet up at his place.

Was it too late to change places? Probably not.

But what if he thinks that I'm switching the places on purpose. Fuck.

After a long, long argument with myself I agreed to keep my original plan. Plus we were just going over to discuss business plans. Not have fun. 

So why am I putting in effort to look nice?

I find myself wearing a white lace crop top, with a light pink skirt. My hair is straightened again, and I cut myself some slack when I only apply mascara and nude lip gloss.

"Where are you going?" Kehlani questions.

"I'm going to meet up with Enderson" I admit, since he spilled the beans to her last night. Which I'm still kind of pissed about, but now is not the time to think about last night.

"Dressed like that?" She smiles.

"What's wrong with my outfit?" I question back.

"Nothing babe, you look hot" She admits.

Great. She thinks were sleeping together.

I don't have time to shut that idea down though, because I have a full day planned out to discuss things over with Enderson.

Finally, I'm at his apartment and he opens the door.

He looks me up and down and i do the same to him. He's wearing his usual attire, but today be has on a navy blue v-neck, and black wripped jeans. The chain still dangling around his neck, but only one ring on his finger this time.

"Done checking me out, yet?" He catches me looking.

I roll my eyes, "You wish" I say as i walk in.

I notice when i walk through the door be walks behind me, and looks at my ass.

Men.

"Who's the one staring?" I say.

"Hell yeah I am" He admits.

"No way you just admitted to that" I respond.

"I'm honest" He replies.

Which is true. As long as I've had conversations with Enderson, he's always been straightforward. Which I admire about him.

"Shall we start discussing then" He says sitting down on his sofa.

"Sure" I say sitting down next to him.

"The first step," He says pointing out finger, "Find a way to get my father and both your parents on board." He says.

"That's the first step? We're never going to come out alive" I respond.

"My steps worked with you" He says.
