Chapter 6 A much needed talk

Y/ns pov

2 days have passed since I attacked beacon and put qrow in the icu. The doctors told me that I beat him into a coma. And he won't be waking up for atleast a few weeks. Mimir atreus and I have moved into a small apartment in vale.

Y/n: "So. Our next stop is patch."

Mimir: "aye brother that is true. But before we go I need to talk to you about something."

Y/n: "Hmm. Alright speak plainly."

Mimir: "When you fought qrow. You let your rage get the better of you."

Y/n: "hmp....your right....I reverted back to how I was before I had my son....I beat a helpless man into a coma...."

Mimir: "I saw how you looked at qrow. I wasn't seeing the y/n who took me in and raised atreus....I saw the ruthless ghost of sparta."

Y/n: "Thats not who I am anymore. Besides he deserved it. He's part of the reason that Faye is dead."

Mimir: "aye brother and I agree with you. Team strq needs to pay. But not with there lives. They need to live with there choices."

Y/n: "So what do you think I should do? Let those monsters walk free without consequences?"

Mimir: "No....but how about this instead of killing them. Why don't you talk to them. Make them understand how you feel about your wife's death. Maybe that will bring you closure."

Y/n: "and what happens if the remaining members of team strq don't want to listen to what I have to say? What happens if they find out what I did to qrow and they try to kill me?"

Mimir: "Then I give you permission to put them in the ground. But let's try to speak with them first."

I nod softly mimir was right. This wasn't who I wanted to be. I needed to be better. If not for me then for my son.

Y/n: "Alright we will try it your way brother. But I have one other question. Where's atreus?"

Mimir: "Oh he went out on a shopping run. He should be back in a few minutes."

As mimir said this a knock on the door could be heard. So I stood up and grabbed mimir walking over to the door I open it only to see atreus standing there....along with 4 girls. 3 of them I recognized from beacon. It was that ruby and her. Friends.

Atreus: "Father listen I can explain."

Y/n: "You brought them here?"

Atreus: "We need allys in the upcoming fight."

Y/n: "Son 2 of these girls are the daughters of the people who killed your mother."

Atreus: "I know that. But we can't blame them for there parents mistakes. We need to be better then that."

Y/n: "Not to mention the fact that I beat there uncle into a coma. You brought. 2 of our biggest enemies children here. To what make amends?"

Atreus: "Yes! Because we need all of the help we can get. Plus....the red one and the blonde one seek an audience with you."

I glare at the 4 girls before motioning to one of the spare tables. The blonde haired girl sits down along with ruby. Meanwhile I sit down across from them.

Ruby: "Look we just wanna talk. Mr...im sorry I dont know your name."

Y/n: "Kratos. You may call me kratos."

Ruby: "Alright Mr kratos. I wanna know why you beat my uncle into a coma."

Blonde: "Yes I would like to also know why you did that also."

Y/n: "Fine. Fine. Ill tell you the story. But I want you both to remain silent the whole time. Everyone gather around this is the story of my wife's death."

Everyone gathered around and sat down as I began my tale.
