A little more than friends

Then we got expelled and got taken to a school called nevermore. The ride was silent until pugsly who is sitting in the front seat turns on the radio and our parents start signing along. Then when the song finishes they start kissing. Then mother says "my darlings, how long do you intend on giving us the cold shoulder?""lurch please remind our parents that we are no longer speaking  to them" me and wednesday said at the same time "i promise you,my little vipers,you two will love nevermore" "won't they, tish?"father said. "Of course they will. It's the perfect school for them""why "wednesday started "because it was the perfect school for you " i finished "we have no interst in following in your footsteps" i said "becoming captain of the fencing team""queen of the dark prom""president of the séance society" me and my sister alternated sentences "i merely meant that finally you will be among peers who understand you two, maybe you two will even make some friends"our mother said  clearly annoyed. "Nevermore is like no other boarding school,it's a magical place,it's where i met your mother and we fell in love" our father said as they started to lean into another kiss but got quickly interrupted by mine and wednesdays comment"you guys are making us nauseous,not in a good way""darlings,we are not the ones who got you two expelled,that boy's family was going to file attmpted murder charges,how would that looked on records?"mother said "terrible,everyone would know that we failed to get the job done"my sister simply replied "hmm"mother hummed
