chapter III: a blue berry captain

Your POV:

'oh damn i fell asleep on my desk'

i thought as i looked around to make sure nobody would have stole anything and noticed someone made the door sign "closed" instead of "open" from yesterday and so i went back to my room and grabbed a white sundress with a brown haori for ✨e x t r a  p e r s o n a l i t y✨

and with some heels since i've been in heels since yesterday so i got used to them pretty quickly and because why not, i have decided to go to...a library and idk if the traveler has already knew the knights of favonius or some shit its called but anyway, he probably already had so...yeah and i walked to the sign and turned it over to "open" 

but as in always i did wanted to go out and who knows i might see someone new but as i thought about it i saw aether coming to the shop without paimon and i watched as he came over and  to my desk

"oh! y/n its nice to meet you!"

"its a wonderful surprise to see you too aether!"

i said as i listened to aether

"i told jean and the others about you and they wanted to meet you..haha.."  

'oh so he already met them...i bet they actually did the temples or whatever that's called'

i thought as i was staring off at the sun until i felt warm hands touching my hands

"are you okay? you seem to be off in a doze"

i looked at aether and i nodded my head returning my gaze to his 

"if its not rude for me to ask why are you at my shop today.."

i asked as i wondered why because it would be lasting for about 2 hours as he explained on why

"damn that's the reason why....and where is paimon from yesterday...isn't she supposed to be near you or something?.."

i said as i ate a banana and almost choked on it

"yeah she fell asleep after eating so much sticky honey roast which almost made me poor and-"

aether stopped his sentence and looked over and saw red lilies that looked like spider webs pointing at them

"what are those flowers called?..they look very beautiful"

i chucked as i explained what those flowers are called and where they are from also  

"those are called red spider lilies, they grow from a foreign country far from here. they have poison in them and in spring these flowers are in full bloom, yes you can touch them but just make sure you don't eat it if you want to keep on living, they also symbolize death as well from how it is normally placed on the bodies of dead people"

i kept on ranting while aether kept listening and watching how explained each and every one in detail, for myself i was actually kinda happy for how much he didn't leave on how much my ranting was so i looked at him then at the flowers, i walked towards them and held a bouquet of them and walking towards the desk

"that will be 7,000 mora if this is what you want!"

aether then had a shocked face on like i did something wrong as i explained again

"the flowers are foreign not from here so the more foreign they are the more the price goes up if you keep on visiting everyday the prices go up for 10 days on a streak until the final day, that's when you can take some flowers for free, its easy to understand if you know the basics of making a business 'round here"
