First Appearance:
Sans is usually seen in the Ebott Hospital wearing a black button-up shirt with hot pink buttons, a matching black skirt, a black nurse's headdress, knee high white socks and black flats

Second Appearance:
Outside of work hours, Sans can be found in Snowdin wearing a pink tank top underneath an open white furred jacket, black shorts and black boots adorning a pink rose pattern on the heel

SOUL Type & Magic:
His soul is a dark pink color, matching the highlights of his work clothing and his magic consists of teleportation, bones, blue bones, poison bones, Gaster Blasters, TRUE JUDGEMENT, telekinesis, and healing

Gender/Sexual Identity:
Sans is bigender which means he goes by she/her/hers and he/him/his but prefers to be acknowledged as male. He is omnisexual and demiromantic/demisexual

Personality:
Sans is very sadistic but pretty ambiguous personality wise due to his slightly bipolar behavior and ambivert tendencies. In unfortunate circumstances, Sans is genocidal and extremely quick to hurt someone but in good circumstances, he'll be ready to help you in anyway he can.

Backstory:
Sans, like the original, was a pun loving skeleton that enjoyed making the monsters of the underground happy after they were locked down there. When the infertility strike started, Sans tried everything he could to comfort or cheer up the citizens of Snowdin and the patients at the hospital he worked at from jokes to presents and more.

He slowly became more frazzled, desperate and hysterical once monsters began to fall down after losing all HOPE which caused him to act more brashly towards everyone, including his younger brother Papyrus.

After Chara was put into stasis and had their SOUL TRAIT extracted, Sans was one of the first monsters to have LUST injected into his SOUL in order to show monsters that it was safe for them. The LUST was what finally pushed Sans off the edge and cause him to grow completely unstable as he maniacally encouraged and even forced monsters to take the shot too.

Unfortunately, many monsters resisted due to Sans' unhinged chastising, making the once lovable skeleton freak out and almost dust them to get them to take to injection. Sans has killed many when they continued to resist his quote-unquote "treatment." The skeleton continued on the unintended dusting spree until his younger sibling, Papyrus, managed to catch and calm him down enough to stop the dusting.

Asgore almost ordered to have Sans executed for his genocide but was convinced by Papyrus that he would stay under control.

Sans now has the highest LV of any monster in the entire underground and remains a bit crazed but tries to act calmer in his work environment, even keeping a froggit plushie to help him cope with his LV spikes and his genocidal urges.
