when i ran over to the Hufflepuff table Neville was sat beside a pair of twins a boy and a girl
"hi I'm Harriet!" i said sitting down beside the girl
"I'm Laura that's my brother Laurent!" The girl said she had honey blonde hair and green eyes that sparkled in the light when she moved she had a single pink streak in her hair making it look unique
"i love you hair Laura!" i said imagining braiding it already
"thanks my mum was furious i kind of just did it without her permission!" she said giggling when Laurent looked over at us and nodded as if to say their mum was mad about it
"have you found your soulmates yet?" i asked looking exited as Draco sat down at the Slytherin table
"yep mines an older year called Marcus flint he's Slytherin what about you?" Laura asked looking happy talking about him
"mines older than me by a couple months but the others are older than me by a while like out of Hogwarts a while! the only one i have found is Draco he's in Slytherin to!" i said as me and Laura got up following the crowd of Hufflepuff's to our dorm room before we could go far i felt two arms wrap round my waist and i was picked up as the person continued walking Laura squealed beside me so i assumed she had the same predicament as i did
"Draco put me down please!" i laughed as he followed the Hufflepuff's who didn't look so bothered about the two Slytherin joining our group one of them looked to be a third year!
"Laura did you here because of the lack of female Hufflepuff's we get a dorm with only one friend and we can chose that friend and we get to decorate our rooms with this like A.I system!" i shouted over my shoulder giving up on getting out of Draco's arms
"i did wanna be my dorm buddy we can make it paradise!" she shouted back sounding as though she had given up as well
"don't you boys have to get to your common room so you can get the new password!" i asked fed up as we finally reached our common room
"nah flint knows the password as he is a prefect so i don't have to worry even then we have an out of jail free card that we wanted to make sure our mates were ok in their dorms before we came back because we were worried about you!" Draco said putting me down and hugging me under his arm as i wrote down the password
" ok guys only soulmates allowed in dorms go off and have fun decorating!" our prefect said her name was honey Diggory twin of cederic Diggory
"come on Harriet!" Laura said grabbing my hand and dragging me up the stair case towards a room that was for the heir of Hufflepuff only
"lour we cant go in their!" i said pointing at the name thing
"oh it is mint for me I'm honey and Cedrick's younger sister they both didn't want this suite but i do and you are sharing with me because i hate being alone!" she said opening the door and the name changed to Laura and harries dorm!
when we walked in our stuff was in a neat pile next to a little tablet where Laura picked it up and started to design something i trusted her and i felt as though we had the same taste in bedrooms
