"Well, it's thanks to you heroes that we are able to devote ourselves to our investigation." Tsukauchi finished the report he had made for The League of Villains. "We'll expand our-"
"Wait," Toshinori interrupted. "Apologies officer, but aren't we missing a key component of this attack?"
The other council members immediately thought of the metal giant. Everyone looked at the Tsukauchi expectantly.
"O-Of course, but I'm sorry to say you're going to be disappointed. Our investigation has turned up even less for the third party of this event."
"You're kidding." Midnight couldn't believe it. Many teachers found themselves in the same state of quiet bewilderment.
"Someone that big has to have left a trail." Snipe pointed out.
"What do we know about him?" Nezu asked politely.
"I'm sorry Principal Nezu, but we have next to nothing besides your statements and one other encounter." The detective placed his paperwork down. "No name or alias, possible connections, age, quirk, or traces of him before yesterday."
"'Other encounter'?" The Number One Hero perked up.
"This morning we received a report from a mother, who recently had lost her child in the shopping district, that her child was found and returned to her by a Hero. But no Hero from overnight claimed to do the action. I personally interviewed her and her son."
"Well?" Vlad leaned forward.
"The description matches. Somehow our newcomer found the child and eventually tracked down the mother seven kilometers away."
"He managed to avoid heroes, police, and civilians for seven klicks?" Toshinori was dumbfounded by the journey. He's way too heavy to be able get around that easily.
"Sorry All Might, but I couldn't tell you how he did it." Tsukauchi scratched his head, "The most likely candidates to have seen or run into him aren't the type to come forward about it."
"Just great. We have a man-child on the loose along with a giant in a diving suit that could be doing who knows what." Vlad said annoyingly.
Silence took the room. The detective took a look around, not liking the tensed atmosphere.
"Confidence everyone! At least we can keep an eye out for them." Nezu cheerfully stated before bidding Tsukauchi a goodbye.
"So, how are we going to deal with this?" Vlad spoke first.
"We need to tighten security for the students safety." Midnight stated.
"What about the Sports Festival? We can't possibly move forward with it." The stone teacher added.
"Why not?" Nezu gained the attention of his subordinates. "It's a wondrous opportunity for the students. Losing the festival means it will be harder for internships later in the year!"
"Principal Nezu, don't you think the Villains would try to attack when everyone is watching?" All Might asked.
"Of course not! Why would they? If we let the Sports Festival continue, is it not showing that we are confident in our efficient crisis system."
