UA's Sports Festival had begun. Millions across the nation watched from homes or in person if they were lucky enough to be in the massive arena. The first challenge had begun and Pro Heroes looked for potential candidates to intern with while the civilians got a good show. Security was high and most of the attention was on the first year students. A perfect scenario for something to go unnoticed.

Unknown to those that were going about the day and watching the festival. Beneath the salty sea waters, Seputemu had entered Tokyo Bay. The currents strained against the large villain but he was unable to be swayed in another direction. He marched steadily despite the boats overhead and piled debris. He paused to look at old and corroded building materials where something that was once even older than him, used to reach up to the surface. Moving on, he found the mouth of the Tama River.

Not very deep. Seputemu thought as he pushed himself through the 40m/s current. Despite the lack of depth he decided to push forward, curiosity fueling his actions. His return to the surface, or at least he thought it was a return, led him to new sights. Buildings of concrete and glass, speedy vehicles faster than he remembered, and mutated citizens. It was so familiar, yet different to Rapture.

No war, no crazed screams...no sisters. They've been gone a long, long time. But Seputemu knew that wouldn't be possible. The river had become shallower allowing him to see the nearby parks and fields, empty. Wildlife moved out of his path as he waded through the waters. Suddenly his attention was taken by a rock skipping in front of him. He turned to the source to see a familiar boy with a few other children.

Seeing his successful attempts the boy began jumping and waving excitedly in the air. Seputemu lumbered his way over to the small group in the small baseball field. It consisted of three boys and one girl, seemingly all of them the same age. As he got closer he could hear the boy yelling praises of the large 'Hero'.

"-carrying me until he was able to find my mom. I haven't seen him since then but he's here! I've heard he's been in the news a lot."

Kyo's fiery description seemed to intrigue his friends but they shrunk back as Seputemu now stood before them. Kyo immediately wrapped himself around the giant's leg, earning a pat on his hair, the color matching his mother.

"Mr.Bubbles! I was lucky to see you from the path." Kyo let go and pointed to the nearby walkway. He then noticed his friends hesitation. "What?"

"K-Kyo, I heard h-he isn't a Hero." One spoke up, pushing up his round glasses.

"Pshhh, that's not true." Kyo dismissed. Once again, Seputemu's suit opened it's vents again.

"Dad, said he wasn't helping the Heroes. Just people." The other boy corrected standing next to the one with glasses. They looked identical and wore the same clothes. "But that doesn't mean he isn't a villain."

One is scared, the other protective, but both are cautious. The three boys continued to debate whether Seputemu was a Hero or Villain while the girl gained his attention. Interestingly she wore the same as the boys, but she was a little smaller with brown hair and a tranquil look on her face. For a moment, the giant's vision blurred and warped, replacing the girl with countless Little Sisters.
