Chapter 1

Luckys pov

It was a normal Thursday afternoon. I walked home from school as usual. When i got home i didn't see my aunt steph which was odd she was always home. But I figured that she had to stay at the morgue she worked at for a bit longer than usual. I walked upstairs to my bedroom and changed into baggy ripped jeans and put on my jordans While I was changing I saw a small pile of my dad's clothes before he and his boyfriend left the house. I walked over to the clothes and got his boyfriend's beige hoodie so I threw that on over my black tank top. As i was about to leave and have a nice walk in the woods around the corner (considering we live in the middle of butt fuck nowhere) my aunt came home "hey lucky whats up" i jumped because i didnt think shed be home for a little while longer "good im gonna go take a walk in the woods to go clear my head i had a final today and that shit was stressful" we laughed a bit she replied "thats fine just dont be home to late and if your staying with a friend just let me know" i nodded we said our goodbyes and i left the house. It was the perfect temperature outside and it was the middle of fall. I just turned 16 and I remember ever since my dads had to leave I cried myself to sleep every birthday they weren't there. Even though they sent cards it's not the same as if they had been there with me. I finally get to my spot in the woods. I was listening to music and smoking a cig when I heard someone behind me. "Brian lets go.....  also since when do you smoke" i started running towards the log i always sat on, and put my cigarette out then pulled out my swiss knife that my aunt had gifted to me years ago. "Stay away from me you bitch" i said to the man with a white and black mask. He wore the same flannel my dad always wore. "Lucky" he said then he had taken the mask off and his expression softened. All I could think was no shot. This is my dad. I ran up to him and hugged him so tight I never wanted to let go and tears pricked my eyes. While hugging me he said "your lucky i love you and haven't seen you in so long otherwise i kill you for smoking" we both laughed throughout tears he pulled away and kissed my forehead "i'm so sorry i had to leave" he looked at me with a saddened expression "its ok i understand i found the tapes from when you were turning into a proxy" he seemed confused after i said that but brushed it off "there's some people i want you to meet will you come to the mansion with me" i looked at him and said "of course dad" on the way there i called aunt steph to tell her that i would be staying there for a while. When we go to the mansion there was laughing and yelling about stupid things but the first person i saw was my childhood bestfriend liu woods. He saw me and we ran into each other's arms. I told him that I thought he had been dead after the incident and he explained everything that happened to me. " you wanna meet my friends'' he said "of course i had replied and he took me to the living room of the mansion where everyone was talking my dad had went upstairs to tell slender what was going on but as i walked into the room it went silent and everyone looked at me jeff was the first to say something "hey hot stuff whats your name" i blushed because i had never been called that before and this man was around my age and 6 feet tall and emo he was perfect. "My name is lucky wright I'm Tim's daughter" toby looked at me with wide eyes " so your who he talks about all the time nice to meet you I'm toby"

Tobys pov

She was beautiful her long hair was in a messy bun and she's got these eyes that are perfect i could stare at them all day

Luckys pov

"You ok Toby" i said liu said he tends to zone out so i thought nothing of it then i was introduced to everyone else. Nurse Ann and I got along very well, especially when I said I wanted to work at a morgue and that what I was going to school for finally after meeting and talking to everyone I went into the slenders office where my dads were sitting and I hugged brian how I had hugged Tim earlier. Slender had wanted to meet me ever since my dads had become proxies "so your lucky, your fathers talk about you a lot did you get along with everyone" i looked up at his tall form "yes, they all seem nice" slender was surprised to hear that i had gotten along with almost everyone but the thing is i'm just a talkative person."will you be staying with us" i looked over at my dad then looked back at slender "yes" he sounded like he almost was smiling even though he had no facial features "good" he turned to tim and said my room would be next to toby's and all i thought was oh no im sleeping in a room next to a hot guy.....
