No Way Out..

I saw a few lightposts in the distance and heard what sounded like a few cars? I walked quickly to where the light was, I peered through the trees and noticed a road and it looked a lot like the road that I used to drive to work everyday.

I looked left and right and then walked hastilly to the over side of the road knowing for definate that it was the road that took you to and from my house.

I started to wave at cars passing by but none of them even looked at me. I sighed and started walking the path to the hospital, it was a 20 minute drive from my house so it would be a 68 minute walk.

When I figured that out I sat myself down on the curb and looked at the poor girls body in despair. In that moment a car pulled up the man leaped out of the car and looked at me in horror "W-what did you do to h-her?!" I looked at him with a puzzled look on my face then but I suppose it would be horrifing to see two girls on the side of the road, one of them looking lifeless and the other dripping in blood.
"N-no its not what you think." I sniffled he looked at me and put a shaky hand on my shoulder, "Come on tell me, I wont say a thing" He replied in a comforting tone.

I told him all that happened apart from what happened with Rosa, I wasnt strong enough to speak about her yet.

A tear rolled down the mans cheek; I looked up at him "Why are you tearing up mr..?" "Wyatt, Marcellus Wyatt. I'm tearing up because that's my daughter.." He looked down at her in pain, shuffling uncomfortably.

"Why didnt you take her and go to the hospital then?.." I asked with comfusion in my voice, "Its to late." He croaked "I should have came to see where she had gone in the forest sooner." He said as he ran his fingers in his hair.

Time Skip 13 Minutes.

Marcellus had left with his daughter in the backseat, dreading to go home to his wife. He had dropped me off at my house and then raced off into the mist wanting to get there before the sun rose so no cops would pull him over asking for his i.d.

I reached under my plant pot and grabbed my keys and jammed them into the door turning them until I heard a click.
I shoved the door open and walked into the living-room/dining room.

I sat on my couch and wiped under my eyes and then stood back up to make myself a cup of coffee.

After I had made myself a cup of coffee I sat back on my couch and turned on the tv going straight to Benoftheweek's channel to try cheer myself up a little bit.

After watching Ben for 40 minutes I turned the tv off and went to grab a book, I grabbed Vampire Diaries knowing I could finish the book within 2 hours.

I turned my Alexa on and started to play 'Come as you are' by Nirvana to lighten the mood..
