Ginny bit her lip in anticipation. She had dressed herself in a baby-blue cardigan, a white shirt, skinny jeans, and white flats. Her hair lay smooth on her back. She couldn't WAIT to tell Harry the news!

Harry dismounted his Firebolt, and carried it inside. To his surprise, the dining room table was prepared neatly, with two plates, knives, forks, spoon, and napkins. Even a fresh rose stuck its bright pink head boldly out of its vase. "Hello, dear!" Ginny said, kissing his cheek. "Hello, love." He replied, smiling. Her eyes shone brightly tonight. "I need to tell you something." She said. But as soon as she opened her mouth, she was rudely interrupted by a sharp knock on the door. Both drew their wands. "Stay behind me," Harry whispered. He cautiously opened the door, only to find Ron and Hermoine. "Blimey, you don't have to shove your wand up my nose!" Ron joked. "Ron!" Hermoine said, nudging Ron's arm. "Oh, right. We just dropped by see how you were, er, getting along." Ron said. Ginny blushed, and Harry felt his face get hot. "Well, we're doing fine. Would you like some tea?" Ginny asked. "No, we're alright, thank you." Hermoine replied, leading Ron away, and waving. The two stepped inside their car, and drove off.
"So what were you going to tell me?" Harry asked. "Nothing." Ginny replied quickly. "Dinner's on the table." She added. Harry nodded, slipped his arm around her waist, and lead her inside, away from the bitter cold of the outdoors.
