"The unforgettable past"

Amy was sound asleep. She hasn't had a peaceful sleep, for obvious reasons, since her death in 1989. What she was wearing was comfortable on her end, mainly the sweater that Christine said she could wear and keep. Amy has never felt more comfortable at that point; maybe having a second chance in life was the right choice. The thing is, Amy doesn't know whether to say thank you to Holyoke or not; maybe she did in her dream and Holyoke responded with a grin; who knows? Although her peaceful sleep didn't last long, she had a flashback to killing Blotter and Cricket at Stillwater, and then it shifted to her killing Deb with an axe after seeing herself covered in blood.

Amy was sprayed with a water gun, which made her wake up gasping. Amy can hear laughter coming from two females, which are Victoria and Rebecca "Wake up, new girl!" Amy gave a small, soft grin after spitting the small droplets of water out of her mouth. Amy brushes her hair with her hand to get it out of her face while it's still wet. "Can I ask what the hell that was for?" Amy asked with her two elbows sitting on the mattress.

"It's a tradition I made up after Victoria came into the group." Rebecca explained, "Okay, well, that's one hell of a wakeup call." Amy says, which made both Victoria and Rebecca giggle. "Just wait until you experience the rest of our traditions," Rebecca smirked. "It only gets worse from here, new girl." Victoria says, and Amy sighs, looking at them. "I don't even think I want to know yet." After Amy's response, Rebecca and Victoria get sprayed with water, which turns out to be Christine. Christine's laughing while spraying them.

"Hey, no fair, that's supposed to be tradition for the new people." Rebecca yelped. "You aren't the only one who made this up, Rebacca, which means I get to protect the new girl from you two!" Christine says that when she sprayed them, there was laughter and smiles involved. Once Rebecca and Victoria are out of the room to refill the water, Christine grabs another water gun. "Do you want to join the fun new girl?" Christine asked, and Amy made a small grin at her and grabbed the gun, ready to join in on the water fight.

It seems like a fun tradition and a great way to bond with her new friends. Amy has never felt happy being around them; Amy is behind Christine; both are looking for the others until Amy sprays Christine. Christine gasps with an open mouth smile. Amy starts laughing "Whoops." Amy says, and Christine smirks and says, "You have 5 seconds to run, new girl." Amy realized what she meant and ran; Christine went after her. Both were laughing; Amy was faster, and Amy hid so Christine wouldn't see her. Christine went past her.

A moment then passed. Amy exhales until she turns her body Christine was right there, and Amy tries to run laughing until Christine catches her by wrapping her arms around Amy's waist. Both laugh until they both fall to the ground laughing. Christine is on top of Amy; Amy's hands are accidentally on Christine's waist, while Christine's palms of her hands are on the carpet on each side of Amy's head. They both look at each other and burst out laughing again, enjoying the moment of pure joy and growing friendship.

Once they stop laughing, they look at each other. Amy never acknowledged the fact that she was gripping the fabric of Christine's navy-blue shirt. "Hi," Christine says softly. "Hi..." Amy says, her cheeks almost flushing. Suddenly, the laughter is interrupted by a loud spraying sound. Rebecca had snuck up behind them and sprayed them with water from her water bottle. Christine and Amy jumped up, startled and soaking wet.

They turn to see Rebecca grinning mischievously, still holding the water bottle. Despite being drenched, Christine and Amy can't help but laugh at the unexpected interruption. "Got ya assholes." Rebecca yells laughing, and Christine gets off Amy and lays on her back, wiping her face with her hand, Amy does the same.
