Final Chapter

(5 years later)

Haeden's POV:

We met 5 years ago. It was our junior year. The girl I fell in love with at first sight.

She was beautiful. She was just simply amazing.

Now?  Well, we're 1,015 miles apart. But in a couple hours I'm going to meet her.

Our first date you ask?  Well no. It's not our first date nor will it be our last but a special day.

Our WEDDING DAY.

I'm getting married to the most wonderful girl I've ever met.

This girl....  Is Anastasia Young.

That day when we had study hall, I saw Anastasia sneak out under the willow tree. After she fell asleep I went and sat there by her side.

I kissed her softly on the cheek.

Then suddenly she was awake.

She looked at me shyly but she stared deeply into my eyes.

I asked her, "Anastasia Young, will you be mine? "

Anna started tearing up. But finally she answered,

"Yes, Haeden Choi. I will be yours."

I was happy. We just sat there talking under the willow tree.

Weeks passed, then months, and then years.

We went on multiple dates and we're unseperable.

But, then things changed.

It was a year after we graduated high school.

Anastasia left me.

Not because she wanted to but because of the choice of her parents.

They moved back to New York.

Before she left, we made a promise.

"I will love you always."

That's the promise we made unto each other. I gave her one last kiss and then she left.

We facetimed every day. But school got in the way sometumes.

I sent her gifts and I also received gifts from Anna.

The summer after being in a 2 year long distance relationship, I finally found the time to visit her.

She was on the front porch when I arrived. She had no ideaI was coming.

Her whole family was there to support me for a big step I was about to take.

And that was purposing to the love of my life.

So I did.

Anastasia burst out in tears when she saw me but when she saw the ring..  She sobbed.

She burst out her answer, "YES!" 

We got preparations for the wedding and sent invitations to everyone.

Anna wanted everything to be perfect. She was always that type of girl.

Well, we're getting married and I'm a happy man alright! 

I pulled in at the place where we were getting married, it was near the ocean. It was sunny outside and everything looked perfect, just like Anastasia wanted it to be. I was 2 hours early and everyone was coming in. One person then the next. My father came up to me, "I'm proud of you son. You're lucky to have her. " My father was Korean and my mother was American so sometimes it was really hard to understand what my dad meant. But thia time I understood him perfectly. Everyone had arrived and took their seat.

I stood at my place. We waited for a couple minutes and then finally Anastasia came. She looke simply beautiful, like she always have been. She hadn't aged a bit from the last time I saw her. Her eyes glistening in the sunlight. Her hair put up and neat. I was at loss for words.

Anastasia was arm in arm with her father. When she reached me, she and her father seperated.

I read my vows I wrote for her then she read hers.

Then the moment came for the most precious words I could hear. "I do."

She, Anastasia Young takes Haeden Choi as her lawfully wedded husband.

We kissed after that and then everything went blurry...

But you see I couldn't remember anything after that because I was so happy. The events that happened before my crazy load of happiness was more important.

Those moments were ones I would cherish forever.
