PSYCHOLOGICAL REPORT:
He's what I like to call a "flex" operator. Someone who can work on both sides of the field (Attacker and defender). While working in the field, L/N prefers to keep a level head while throwing in a joke or two to lighten up the mood. Although he's not a fan of serious situations, he IS able to maintain his maturity when needed. He feels "... super awkward and outta place...".
Early on in the conversation, he said something that stuck with me: "I try to be humble, understanding and never judgmental. Everyone sees & hears what you're saying, but are they understanding & listening to what's being said?"
I asked him to elaborate. He compared a persons trauma to an iceberg. "...under the surface is a completely different monster...". He then proceeded to use Operatives Ela & Zofia. He then states, "Everyone and I mean EVERYONE knows that the Bosak sisters have bad blood between them. You can see it when they train. No one makes another bleed for 'fun'. The tension is there! We just don't know why." I agree with what he says, but it's not my place to share the sisters history publicly.
I decided to dig into his past a bit. His friends and family are a sensitive topic, but he still opened up. .... Shortly after opening up, I found out how fast he gets quiet. Throughout him speaking, he had trouble keeping eye contact. I'm assuming that he still blames himself for their deaths, or he at least wishes he was there to try and prevent what happened.
When I asked him about his time in the Marines, he responded with "Best and worst decision ever." He then paused with a smile on his face and a shrug of his shoulders. "Long story short: my four years was me playing good guys Vs bad guys. I got good training. Just wish I did my job more"
When I asked him about his time as an Agent of SHD, he gave little to no details. All he said was "There was only so much we (SHD) could do. Almost wasn't enough." Again, he was avoiding eye contact. I know what happened, but I want to know what he saw and went through. I'll think about scheduling another report with Y/N L/N.
I've also realize that, despite everything he has been through, he remains relatively positive. "Life gives you lemons? Make lemonade. I like my lemonade sweet"
To wrap everything into a conclusion, Y/N looks to better himself daily. He ALWAYS puts his teammates first. Both mentally and physically. "No greater friend, no greater enemy." - Rainbows S.A.S Family
I think he'll be a great asset to Rainbow. Both on and off the field.

I know the story hasn't started yet, but let me know if you would be interested in reading this. It's my first time writing a book, so bear with me a little. At the same time, don't be afraid to voice your opinion/comments either. I also realize that the acronym is SHD and not SDH. I'll go back and fix that🫡
