EXTENDED SUMMARY |

WHAT IF MOTHER NATURE WAS A coven of witches?

a coven entrusted with such power to hold that of a planet sounds intoxicating. the type of power that leads one to insanity, the type of power that means one could take over the entire world and bring all humans to their knees, begging soft pleas of mercy...

one who owned this power would be elegance and grace, would be beauty incarnate. though, power courses through one's veins, a deep connection with the elements –– water, land, air and fire, always fire.

these elements were entrusted to the nature coven by Ken –– the god –– a thousand years ago when he went into hiding, he could trust the coven to keep the earth safe whilst malivore rampaged.

the four members of the coven each had a different power, but over a thousand years the elements merged as different beings entrusted with those elements fell for one another, until one extraordinary being was formed; the elemental witch.

at six years old, naisha's parents died protecting her, triad had heard word of a young girl with such power, so, the pair died at their hands. naisha never knew of the power she held, the amount of chaos she could cause upon knowing this gift entrusted to her. this made her very dangerous, though her personality already was. throughout her life, she moved from foster home to foster home, social worker to social worker, city to village to town, state to state.

she had seen it all, or so she thought...

naisha, being the self-destructive young-woman she was decided to land herself into more trouble, meaning she got shipped off to some small town in virginia. not just any small town, the small town. drama erupted from every corner, beings that shouldn't exist boarded there.

the coven was supposed to protect the planet, naisha was their legacy. except, she was a terrible one. with questionable morals, more power than a seventeen year old should have and a broken life, she was the perfect combination for destruction.

she was entrusted to look after something so deathly, full of hate, when she wasn't even shown an ounce of love as a mere child, how would she even protect a planet? maybe she will just have to purge the poison..?

ADDITIONAL NOTES |

— naisha was racially abused at her foster home, leading to her secretly hating herself but she won't show that often and she will appear to other characters as confident

— naisha is a strong character, she won't be terrified by the supernatural, she will be intrigued, if anything

— naisha tries to hide her emotions, but when she lets them free they will be very expressive (short temper, when happy won't be brought down easily, etc.)

— with hope, their friendship will be fastburn

— naisha will meet hope at mystic falls high when hope enrolls in season two, hope and her will be friends during the entirety of season two (you can choose after that when they get together)

— naisha is very powerful, she would be feared if the legends about the witches hadn't died out years ago (you can choose when if you want)

— ken will most probably fear her, as will the other gods due to her powers and abilities

— naisha isn't immortal or anything, she can get turned into a vampire but it would probably be easier to not go in that direction

— naisha is also only able to control the four elements (air, land, water and fire), she can't do actual spells like hope or bonnie. she doesn't necessarily need to use spells to access her powers, but at first when she's just discovered them they will act as a guideline.

— naisha's eyes can be able to glow, red (for fire), green (for land), white (for air) and blue (for water) or all at once (you can choose how you describe that, or not include it)

— naisha is an anti-hero and will inevitably make bad choices, she will probably betray hope and the others at some point

— naisha won't immediately join the salvatore school, she will be reluctant and scared, she may run away or ignore hope (you can play this out as you wish), but triad will eventually be on her tail and she will decide (completely by herself) that it will be a good idea to join the school

— naisha won't play much of a part in storylines like dark josie, she will mainly have her own self discovery storyline, malivore storyline and be included in hope's storyline

— in this story, hope and landon won't get back together but you can choose whether landon stays with josie or what his relationship life looks like

— this is based off the marina song, purge the poison (just in case you haven't heard the song)
