Snitch

Takemichi body began to tremble at the words he just heard, everyone looked at him with proud grin, yet he was crying, he still got a chance, he can still change Toman..It's still not over yet...You smiled proudly as he raised his head to face the sky.

"I'LL DO MY BEST!!"

"You raised your head too high idiot" Mikey chuckled before he shifted his eyes to Kazutora who also turned to him yet flinched and looked away quickly "did you decide what division you'll be in?" The blond asked, as Draken grinned "I say we put him with Sora" his words made you gasp "wait!" He was about to speak but when he saw you hug Draken and Mikey with joy and thanking him, he smiled unknowingly "Welcome to the zero Division!" You threw him a peace sign, "finally another member! I don't wanna hang out with that guy alone anymore" Katsuki patted the boy in the back, before he began running away laughing "WHAT DID YOU SAY?!!!" Tobio yelled out from the crowd and ran after him "then I'm hanging out with Yamagishi!"

You sat down the staircase, everyone left an hour or two ago, yet you stayed behind, you bring your legs closer to your chest and wrapped your arms around them as you stared at the empty Shrine.

"Isn't it too cold!?" Until someone dropped something over your shoulders, you chuckled knowing fully well who it is, "what about you?" You felt the boy drop behind you, making you sit between his legs "I'm fine" he leaned his head over your shoulder and hugged you, snuggling to your warmth "Manjīro.." you called him, and he hummed opening his eyes "I know Wakusei's death must've been rough on you too, especially having it be put over your shoulders. I don't want you to feel blamed, especially by Tsukishima and me.." you leaned your back again his chest and you could feel him stiffen up "you can't escape death Manjīro..and I know you wanna protect me and the others but don't leave yourself" you turned to look at him, letting go of his Toman jacket and booming his nose "or you're gonna miss out~" you stuck your tongue out, smiling with closed eyes, the boy slowly smiled before he pulled you into a bear hug.

"Bear attack!!"

"O-Oi Manjīro ! You're crushing me!"

Before Takemichi knew it, it was time to go back to the future, everything must've gotten better, right? Yet he still couldn't help but get nervous..

Nervous about who in the world was sitting next to him in the car, he couldn't recognize the stranger at all!! And why was his hairstyle different, his clothes, the watch he was wearing.

Just what in the world is happening???

When Takemichi stepped out of the vehicle, his face turned white pale jumping at the greeting he got "GOOD AFTERNOON SIR!!!" He swear he could feel his heart sink.

'I don't know any of these faces!!' Takemichi looked from a face to another until the one wearing red glasses was called by Yamagishi. He slowly started to gather the pieces, getting greeted like Mikey and Draken back then, wearing such fancy clothes, having a nice brand car, in this future he was successful! These people were his old friends, "Well I gotta get ready, see ya!" Yamagishi waived off hurrying into the building with a few men following.

It was all going a little too fast, from watching the Admins argue on the table, meeting some members from Toman like Hakkai, Smiley, seeing Pah-chin again. To being told they were snitched by Hanma, it was all ruckus..and then Kisaki walked in..

Takemichi held up his cup, Chifuyu next to him, and so was Kisaki who was acting suspicious, apologizing now after all those years for almost killing Baji, and having Yamagishi get stabbed yet not once did he apologize, so why now?

A trap...

Hanagaki gasped, opening his eyes and trying to get up only to find himself tied to a chair "what!??" He struggled trying to free himself yet to no avail

"Takemitchi.."

Upon hearing his name, the latter turned only to find Chifuyu next him, bloody and beat up, also tied up "you certainly were out of it for a long time...Hanagaki" Kisaki spoke rolling up he sleeves..

The male couldn't understand anything going on, his memory failed him, no explanation to what the hell is happening, Baji and Mikey disappeared, Draken got send to death penalty, Chifuyu ratting out Toman...

Him...avenging for her death..

'What..death?' Takemichi's mind clicked, his brain not wanting to connect it on purpose because he didn't want to believe it, but it eventually did...

"Sora died two years ago.."

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!" Was all that could come out of Hanagaki's throat, Chifuyu looked at him eyes wide open, it wasn't from the pain of the bullet piercing his skin...but from his failure..

"TAKEMICHI!!" And he stopped at that..He breathed heavily listening to Chifuyu's last words..it stabbed his heart..

"I'll leave their will, and Toman up to you. Partner"

Before his partner was shot dead..

Takemichi gasped for air desperate, not wanting to look at the dead body with his blurry vision from tears, he couldn't care less if there was gun pointed to his head.

"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU??!! HUH??" Kisaki yelled, face inches away from Takemichi as he kept going on "IS THAT WHAT YOU ACTUALLY ARE?!! IS THIS THE GUY SHE TRUSTED HER LIFE TO!! YOU GUYS ARE PATHETIC!!! ALL AND EACH ONE OF YOU!" 'what is he talking about?' "Y'know, I'm not different...I didn't have any other choice" Kisaki stood up properly, eyes fixed on the wall behind Takemichi where a picture was hung up..

"I'm scared...Hanagaki"

"One thing we all share...One thing..none of us can handle when a loved one dies. I knew I wouldn't be able to watch her die, or hear about it...so I thought.."

"What if I killed her on my own?"
