"Why are you with me?" Alfie asked as he sat in his chair

"Because when j first met you, I knew what I actually wanted for the first time in my entire life, and that was to live the rest of my messed up life with you" cece replied not stuttering or stopping once in her sentence

After a while of Cecelia repeating herself, he finally understood but didn't want to believe it and cece was fine with that, if she had to repeat herself over and over again for the rest of her life, she would, Even after Cecelia found out about Alfie's past, she still stayed with him and loved him for him

Cece was waiting for Alfie to show up at their spot since he wanted to talk to her

"You came" she heard Alfie say behind her

"You called" cece replied back as she turned around and hugged him before sitting back down

Before they both could even say anything, cece gasped seeing his black eye and cut lip

"Al? What happened?!" Cece asked worried

"Nothing C, it's just little cuts and bruises I'll be fine" Alfie replied hoping that would stop her

"Alfie Solomon, I'm not gonna ask you again what happened"

Alfie was scared to tell her, he was scared she wasn't gonna believe him and run away

After he told her everything, by his surprise she stayed, she stayed and comforted him until he was calm

"Is he at home?" Cece questioned making Alfie confused

"No he left a while ago, he went to Leila's house" Alfie told her

"Okay let's go" cece said walking but stops noticing Alfie didn't move

"Come on!" Cece said making Alfie get up

Alfie was smiling ear to ear as they were walking up the steps to his house,

he didn't know why she was staying with him after what he told her but she didn't care as long as they were both there for each other through everything then that's fine with her

"Alfie!" Isaac's 7 year old self shouted excited to see his older brother

"Hey buddy!" Alfie's 24 year old self replied happy to see his younger brother

Isaac looked at him then Cecelia but before he could say anything

"Alfie? Your home early-" Annie said but cut herself off when she seen cece

At first Annie was confused, she looked at Cecelia then back at Alfie and smirked

"Cece hey! My brother didn't get in trouble did he?" Annie asked as she hugged cece

"No, I didn't let him" Cece chuckled

"Isaac can you help Alfie set the table please" Ann told Isaac "cece come help me in the kitchen"

As the both of them were in the kitchen, they were looking at Alfie tickling isaac

"Did he tell you?" Annie softly asked, scared for her answer

"About what?" Cece replied back

"how he got the bruises and-" Annie got cut off

"How your parents treat you guys?" Cece looked at Ann "yeah, he told me"

That night Annie knew Cecelia was the one for Alfie, which is why she always told him to go for it but he was to scared and Annie knew that. She just wanted her brother to finally be happy and not have to worry about her or Isaac
