Yaya_Mime _____________________________ THIRD POV: TW: CURSING The sunlight shinned through the thin white curtains hitting the horned brunette directly in the eyes, causing his to let out a groan and slowly open his eyes, letting his red ruby eyes adjust to the bright sunlight mocking him. Turning to his side expecting to feel the warmth of his lover, dream. Instead getting the cold feeling of the silk pillows next to him. Groaning even louder jschlatt closed his eyes tightly agian, not ready to face his day without his love.
On the other hand, dream had woken up earlier than his lover in a hour or so, getting out of and taking a quick shower and changing to some comfy oversized clothes since he wasn't planning on going anywhere today. After getting ready he went over to his sons room, Conner; his 6 year old son. To check if he was still sleeping, smiling lightly Dream saw Conner sleeping in his little bed cuddling his blue blankets in his onesie. That was dream que to leave the sleeping boy alone.
The freckled blonde made his way towards the houses kitchen and started preparing a simple breakfast for himself and his lover, not worrying about Conner for now, since he'll be asleep for another 2 hours or so. TW!: Just a little cut but just in case tw!! The blonde was carefully cutting the fruits on the chopping board before he felt hands grabbing onto his waist causing him to jump and accidentally cut himself. "Ow! Jshlatt what the fuck!?" Said the blonde as he hissed at the slight pain in his finger because of the cut. "Oh I'm sorry I didn't know you where cutting fruits, let me get you a band-aid" rushed jshlatt towards the medical cabinet they had in the kitchen (I think everyone has one of those). Jshlatt came back towards dream, lifting him onto the counter near the chopping board by his thighs, while still apologizing frantically.
"Here is that better?" Asked jshlatt as he fixed up the band-aid (or plaster whver tf y'all call it), "yea it is, be careful next time" said dream as he rested his head on the latter's chest, jshlatt laying small kisses all over the blondes face as he giggled, trying to squirm out of the others bare hold. It was clear that today was one of those 'soft and gentle' days that the family has on occasions, not having to worry about war, an annoying child (Toomy🤞) or anything. just a relaxing day for their small family.
After the couple ate breakfast togther jshlatt went to shower and change as he was still in his baggy joggers he slept with the night before. The freckled blonde made his way down the modern hallways of their house towards the light baby blue door in the end. Opening the door, dream saw Conner just sitting in his bed playing with some of his little plushies that where laying around him while sleeping. This warming dreams heart to the point it probably already melted. Conner noticed his mother (dream counts as the 'mother' tho he's still a male so don't get confused) his little eyes lit up as he got up from his bed struggling to reach the ground with his tiny short legs but barley managing as he waddled his way towards his mothers legs.
Dream awed at this simple action as he could literally feel his heart melt away at the adorable sss of his little son. Dream snapped out of his trance when feeling Conner's little hands motioning to pick him up, in an instance dream bent down grabbing his son and picking him up as Conner giggled and mumbled words. Dream made his was to their kitchen and sat Conner down on the counter and started getting his breakfast ready while also keeping an eye out for Conner. A bit later he finished and his lover came out of the bathroom into the kitchen.
"Oh he's awake" smiled jshlatt as he went and kissed Conner on his head causing the little one to let out a giggle while playing around with his food, jshlatt moved towards the blonde who was just finishing up the dishes in the sink, hogging him form th bee an, "can we watch a movie and just chill the whole day since there are no meetings with the smp today?" Asked jshlatt. "Nikis coming over to get us the cupcakes we ordered remember?" Reminded the blonde as he placed the last clean dish into the holder and started taking off the silicone gloves to protect his skin.
Jshlatt groaned as he rember Ed he has a buster that's Gianna be visiting them today, or mainly because of the fact he can't just relax with his lover for one day without being interrupted. A loud knock was heard from the front wooden door, which shown nikis arrival to me clear, dream took his cooking apron off and hung it on the hanger in the kitchen and went to the door to open it, leaving a moody jshlatt alone.
"Hii dream!! How are you? Here are the cupcakes you ordered." Niki greeted the blonde with a bright smile on her pretty face (ily niki) "yep! Thank you so much for bringing them! They look really delicious." Replied the blonde as he took the box of cupcakes from the sweet lady's hands and placed them on the counter near the door, "How much would that be niki?" Asked dream, opening his inventory. "noo! You don't need to Pay, take it as a kind gift" said niki reassuring the blond, "that's really kind of you niki but I think you deserve something for your hard work so here.." said dream as he passed the lady a netherite ingot, "what! Dream no that's too much" said niki trying to give it back but dream insisted.
"Thank you! Buh-bye niki have a good one!" Dream waved then closed the door and let out a happy sigh, carrying the boxes over to the living room to see jshlatt and Conner laying on the couch all cuddled watching Anastasia, conners favourite (I loved that movie sm as a kid) "you guys are watching without me" dream jokingly pouted as he set the cupcakes down on the table. "You left me and Conner so we decided to have fun without you!" Said jshlatt in his usual raspy tone, "well, whether you guys like it or not I'm joining in." Dream sat down in the couch, immediately being pulled by jshlatt into a cuddle and the family ate cupcakes and enjoyed their day..... or did they? . . , , *Knock knock*
