Enmu x reader oneshots

Dream demon? more like Anxiety demon 😈

(Ok theres alot of character comforting y/n and rarely y/n comforting the character. So yeah, alittle change lol)

Enmu was nothing but an anxious ball. He was captured by the demon slayer corps, Master Kagaya Ubuyashiki asigned you two him.

He said that the demon was a little more comfortable around the females then the males. When he was around males he would get defensive and start shaking. Though him being chained up with nichrin chains in a shed.

He seemed more familiar too you, like you have seen him before. When he was pinned to the ground by giyomai so the other hashira could chain him. When he made eye contact with you it felt like you two knew each other before.

When walking to the headquarters he was blindfolded and was freaking out. His growls an snarls were muffledby the gag. The hashira had troubled trying to keep him in check. It didn't help for sanemi stabbing him in the shoulder multiple times, it just pissed off Enmu more.

Once he heard your voice he was as calm as a calm river. It caught everyone off gaurd, so kagaya put you in charge of takeing care of him, since he responds better to you. Though when you leave for a few minutes he goes apeshit. Snarling and rattle the chains like he was trying to escape.

When you enter you see him shaking and sweating and eyes full of tears. The trauma was visible in his teal eyes. Wondering what happened to him to make him so.. anxious when he was left alone.

You knelt infront of the demon, you tilted his head up to face you. His eyes still puffy and teary. The gag in his mouth look very uncomfortable since it looks like it stretches his jaw farther then comfort. You reached behind his head and unlocked the gag.

You slowly took off the gag. He resetted his jaw and looked at you. You carefuly wiped his tears away from both his cheeks, you were not going to lie he was adorable with that pleading look with both your hands on his cheeks.

Though that cuteness went away when Giyuu walked in. His eyes got small and his brows furrowed. An soft animalistic growl came from him. "Whys the gag off?," "he looked uncomfortable with it on," "who cares?," "how would you like it when your stuck with something in your mouth making it open in a uncomfortable manner?" Giyuu fell silent.

"Exactly," "anyway theres a meeting in 10 minutes," "ok," he left. You looked at Enmu, visible anxiety was in his eyes. "I promise I will be back," you smiled softly. His looks softens a little, "now don't have a panick attack, I promise I will be back," he nodded slowly.

You kissed him on the forehead, blush dusted his cheeks you patted his head and left. You were expecting him to go apeshit the moment you walked out the door, but nothing. He was completely silent.

Once you got the the Ubuyashiki estate you stood next to shinobu. "I heard it was suppose to be about the demon," she spoke. "On what to do with him?" "Ara ara your very smart y/n san," "hello my children," kagaya spoke softly. Everyone bowed.

"What a lovely day, now about the demon. We all know he is put in y/ns care, and from what I can hear he's doing very well. Though we decided that he can be useful, so he will continue to live under y/ns care." "Apologies master, but what happens if he eats a human?" Sanemi asks "Then I will commit seppuko (i think thats how you spell it..)

"Well then, now its been decided, meeting dissmissed, have a good rest of your days my children. Once the meeting was over you did not hesitate to go inside the shed Enmu was in. You opened the door to see him sleeping peacefully. You smiled and walked up to him. You loosened the chains alot, you took off your haori and folded it.

You set it down and slowly placed Enmus head on it for more comfort for him. You gentaly stroked his head, his eyes were still red and puffy but not that bad. Though you wish you could unlach those chains, they look very uncomfortable to sleep with. You felt bad, you wanted to treat him better then you are now.

Your thumb carefully stroked his cheek, you could hear soft purring from his chest. You gave him another kiss on his cheek. Then left him to slumber.
