The girls had booked an appointment to meet Dr. Shekhawat. So, they were in Life Heart Hospital, waiting outside her cabin. As soon as Aisha's name was called both went inside.
"Hello, ladies." Dr. Rithika greeted them with a smile. "Aisha, what seems to be your problem?"
"Um. Doctor, I have no problem, but we are here to discuss about something else." Aisha replied with a little hesitation in the beginning. "It's related Tanya."
"Tanya? What about her?" Rithika asked as their question alerted her.
"Ma'am, I know it might seem suspicious, but we want your help. Kriya, one of Aisha's juniors, was murdered a month ago ma'am and we found that it was the same person who had a hand in Tanya's kidnapping. So, we need your help in investigating this matter." Divya said honestly.
Rithika looked at the young girls before them and sighed, "Tanya was also murdered."
"What?" The girls exclaimed.
"Tanya was traumatized because of what had occurred. She lacked confidence in others for a very long time. She did, however, inform me that her captors had already had three of her babies aborted and that they had then planned to determine the baby's gender and hold and sell the child if it turned out to be a girl. To protect the infant from those beasts, she ran away from that location. Sadly, she passed away the day after she told me. She was residing in a women's home run by an NGO when someone broke through the door and killed her while she slept. I put a lot of effort into looking into this matter, but as you can see, I was unsuccessful." Rithika said with a grim face.
"What is the name of that NGO?" Divya asked.
"Mahila Shakti Samuha." Rithika replied.
"Thank you, ma'am." Aisha replied and both the girls stood up to leave when Rithika stopped them.
"Take this card, it has my personal number. Call me if you ever need help."
They thanked her and left the cabin. They had just reached the parking lot when Aisha's phone rang with a private number. She shared a confused look with Divya and picked up.
"Hello?"
"Where are you?" said the voice from the other end of the phone.
"Excuse me? Who are you?" Aisha asked with confusion.
"Atharva."
"Yuvraj?"
"Yes. Now tell me, where are you?"
"Um, I am out. Why?" Aisha asked him.
"Didn't you want to learn horse riding?" Atharva questioned her.
"Of course, where should I come?" Aisha asked with excitement.
"I am waiting outside your flat."
"Kahi matt Jana, ok? I am coming." (Don't go anywhere, ok?) saying that she cut the call.
"What's going on between you and Mr. Rathore?" Divya asked with narrowed eyes.
"Nothing." Aisha replied but Divya gave her a look of disbelief.
Atharva's POV
"Kahi matt Jana, ok? I am coming." (Don't go anywhere, ok?) saying that she cut the call.
I looked at the phone. Did she just hang up on me?
I was going through my phone when someone tapped my back. I turned my head to see Aisha with a big smile on her face.
