3rd POV

A Group of people gathered around two children, one of them was a blonde boy and the other one was a red-haired girl who was playing an instrument. They were singing when out of nowhere a man wearing a nice suit along with a cane, and his dog. Bump into the two children who stumbled over an empty tea cup that had two coins and a black button tipped over.

"Kathy, the coin!" The boy said as he chases a rolling coin. "Quick, Tim. Catch it!"

He kneels trying to catch the coin, but it fell into the drain. "No,"

Tim and Kathy's faces turn into sadness, Kathy looks at the man, "Oi, ratbag!"

Kathy was on her knees and was placing her hand on her hip. A do sniff the floor before looking up and growling at the girl.

The dog watches the girl walking up to the man, "Why don't you watch where you're walking, you great clumsy lump!"

The man turns around with a cold face, looking at her head to toe. "Sorry, Mr. Scrooge, sir. Didn't realize it was you,"

Kathy backed away as her little brother tried to reach the coin from the drain. The dog approaches the boy who looks up and smiles nervously, "Good dog."

The dog looks at the boy who has an imitating face before it turns into a happy face and licks the boy's face who giggles.

Mr. Scrooge looks at the two before gasping and saying, "Prudence, stop licking that poor boy,"

"You've no idea where he's been," Mr. Scrooge laughs and walks away.

As the cold wind blows by the light turns blue for a second, suddenly a voice whispers to Scrooge then the light turns back to normal.

The dog looks toward where she heard the voice when she hears Scrooge say, "Come now, Prudence."

The looks at Scrooge and then at the two children barking and leaves with Scrooge. "Bye,"

Walking in the streets a man across from him calls out, "Uncle?"

"Uncle Ebenezer, is that you?" The man called out. Scrooge gaps, looking around before sneaking around hoping not to be found.

He looks around before getting out of his hiding spot and continues to walk on the streets.  "That was close,"

The same man who called out to Scrooge slides in and was standing in front of him," Uncle, it is you! I knew it."

"Merry Christmas,"

The man puts his hands on both sides of his hips, "And where is she?"

"Where's the finest lady in all of London?" He asked, Prudence looks at the man who walks up toward her, "Prudence, girl."

Prudence walks toward him, "You grow more beautiful with every passing year,"

Prudence lays on the floor on her back, letting the man rub her belly. "Is Uncle and Aunt Scrooge taking good care of you, are they?"

Scrooge rolls his eyes, "You don't miss rotten old Jacob Marley too much?" The man asked.

"Why I was just on my way to your office, Uncle," The man looked at Scrooge.

"What lunch to run into you,"

"Well, Harry, they say a man makes his own luck," Scrooge said. "So I supposed I only have myself to blame for this encounter."
