CHAPTER IV

~Max and Nat in the coffee shop~

Max: So tell me, what's the real reason why you invite me here?
Nat: There's nothing reason na krub...
Max: Oh come on, I know you're lying, little tiger.
Nat: Uhm... Actually, I want to say... Sorry because I misjudged you.
Max: Alright. Oh, wait... So you're basically inviting me here to apologize to me?

Nat just shyly nodded and Max can't believe it and said "I, Max Kornthas Rujeerattanavorapan, have a reputation, but you ruined it. How dare you accuse me of that! Now, let's talk to the director. You're gonna tell us what the hell is going on!" After hearing what Max's said to him he panicked na said "No! Please I already said sorry to you, isn't it enough for you to forgive me?" Nat looked Max in the eye and used his puppy eye but Max ignore it and said: "Oh come on, don't look at me like that 'cause that ain't gonna work with me, little tiger". When Max's about to grab Nat's hand, Nat immediately said something to Max.

Nat: Please don't, just tell me what you want me to do and I will do it for you just not that one!
Max: Oh little tiger, that one is so easy you just talk to the director and admit that you misjudged me! Why you can't do it? Are you embarrassed to tell that you misjudged someone huh?
Nat: Enough! You know what, if you don't take my apology then it's up to you!
Max: Oh wow so your mad right now 'cause I won't accept your apology? Hmm, what about I'll just go live on social media and tell people that Nunew's assistant accused me of something I can't do, I think it's more exciting!"
Nat: You! Asshole!

Max just laugh at Nat's reaction because Nat's face is so cute when he's mad and Max's completely enjoying it but honestly he really won't do what he said about going live on social media, he just said that to annoy Nat but he didn't know that the young man is this cute when he's angry.

Max: *still laughing* relax little tiger, I just kidding! I'm not gonna do it but I thought of something you can do, don't worry because it's easy and your pride won't be trampled on here.
Nat: Stop laughing will you!? Just tell me 'cause I need to leave!
Max: Ok. So I'm craving Korean food today and you should join me. By the way, I know you are in a hurry but you are not allowed to go without me so just sit and chat with me besides I don't have work right now so we have time to talk. 😉

Nat just sighs and nodded, after that, they continue chatting and sipping their coffee. Nunew on the other hand, just sitting in bed and eating some apples while waiting for Nat when suddenly the door opened, he thought it was Nat but it wasn't. It was the handsome doctor who kiss him, he look at the doctor's handsome face while the doctor come closer to him to check him, his heart is beating so fast and he don't know what to do and suddenly the doctor talked and ask about how's his feeling.

Zee: How are you Mr. Chawarin? Does something weird feeling you feel today?
Nunew: Uhm... I'm fine doc
Zee: How about your head, does it still hurt?
Nunew: This morning it hurt a little but now it doesn't hurt anymore.
Zee: Good. So you need to stay 3 days here just to really make sure that your head is ok and then right after that you can go back to work.
Nunew: Ok doc, thank you!

After Zee said that to Nunew he was about to leave the room but suddenly Nunew grab his hand and said "Please don't leave" he don't know what to do, honestly, he doesn't want to leave but he need to 'cause some patients are waiting for him so he just goes out and left but before he leaves Nunew he said something to Nunew. "You should take a rest so that you can leave soon and get back to work".

When Nunew hear that from Zee he suddenly felt sad, he doesn't know why but something in his heart hurt when Zee said that he must take a rest so that he can leave soon, so it does mean he just didn't care what happened to them? "Don't get me wrong I also want to get well soon but why is he like that? Why is he acting like there's nothing happened? That moron! he stole a kiss for me and act as if nothing happen? I will make him regret it! I fucking make him fall in love with me no matter what happens!" Nunew said to himself while looking seriously in the door. After that, Nunew patiently waited for Nat to go back and after a few minutes, Nat finally got back holding a cup of coffee.

Nunew: Hey your back, so how was it did you just talk well?
Nat: Yeah... How about you? did something happen when I'm not around?
Nunew: Actually he came here...
Nat: Who came here?
Nunew: The handsome doctor who had my first kiss...
Nat: What? Did he do something to you?
Nunew: No he didn't, he just came to check on me.
Nat: And why you're looking disappointed?
Nunew: Well, Jelly who wouldn't be disappointed he came here and just act like nothing happened between us! He must be pretending! And he's wearing a mask maybe he's scared to show his face!

Nunew was just about to say more but then his phone suddenly rang, he looked and saw that his mother the one who was calling him he sigh and answer it and Nat just went out to buy Nunew's favorite macaroons.

Nunew: Hello, mom
Nunew's Mother: My son, finally you pick up the phone. What's going on? What's wrong with you? Why didn't you tell me about your accident? If your dad hadn't told me, I wouldn't have known what happened to you! Are you seriously injured? Where are you now? Tell me! I'll go to see you right now. Hello? What happened to your voice?
Nunew: Mom, you're overreacting.
Nunew's Mother: I'm not overreacting son, I just worried about you I just know about it from the internet!
Nunew: I'm fine. Don't worry. It's a minimally invasive procedure I could get discharged soon, you don't need to come here, mom. Thanks!
Nunew's Mother: Hey don't hang up. Let me tell you Zee Pruk Panich is a good surgeon I can ask him to see you. Wouldn't be easier to move to his hospital?
Nunew: Mom, who's Zee Pruk Panich?
Nunew's Mother: Gosh you have a short memory! Zee Pruk Panich your fiance.
Nunew: Zee Pruk Panich? It sounds familiar!

Nunew is so shocked and quickly turned around and reads what was written on the side of his bed where his doctor's name was written.

Nunew: Zee Pruk Panich? Oh, it's him. No wonder he had a really strange reaction, now I know. I must know everything!
Nunew's Mother: Hey my son, what are you talking about? Hello?

Nunew just ignores his phone and talks to himself "He keeps his identity pretty well hidden and wears a mask. I would love to see the looks of you!" and smirk. After that, he quickly got up from the bed and slowly left his room and when he saw Zee going to his office he secretly followed him.

When Zee got to his office he didn't realize that someone was following him so he quickly took off his lab coat and his top to get dressed and took off his mask, when he was about to get his clothes to put them on, the door suddenly opened and he saw Nunew standing there. And Nunew was surprised by what he saw, he didn't expect that when he opened the door he would see Zee naked without a top shirt, and even more, he didn't expect to see his beautiful and well-built body and his very handsome face that causes Nunew's heart to beat faster.
