DESTINED TO BE TOGETHER

CHAPTER XVI

After the wonderful dinner together with Nunew's family. Zee and Nunew are supposed to stay one more day in Nunew's parent's house but Max texted Zee something and asked for help that's why when the morning comes, Zee and Nunew immediately go home.

~in Max's house~

Zee: Bud!
Max: Hey, Bud! Thanks for coming.
Zee: You have to pay my time.
Max: You can go home now.
Zee: *laugh* I'm just kidding.
Max: By the way, congratulations!
Zee: For what?
Max: For finally meeting your fiance's parents!
Zee: Yeah, thanks. Anyways so what's your problem?
Max: *sighed* It's... It's about my relationship with Nat.
Zee: Your relationship with Nat? What the fudge bro!? You're having a relationship without telling me? Seriously?
Max: How I suppose to tell you when you're so busy with your love life huh?
Zee: I won't deny that but you know, you can text or call me, you moron!
Max: Gosh! Enough with that and besides now you know about it so now just freaking help me bro 'cause I'm so stressed right now!
Zee: Before I'll help you, tell me. How did you become Nat's boyfriend?
Max: It's because I'm handsome.
Zee: Look, Max. I am serious.
Max: I'm also serious. Well, during your busy day with your fiance I'm also busy courting Nat. And not too long, he answered me.
Zee: Wow! So now, what about your relationship with him? What's the problem?
Max: You know... Uhm... I love him so much and I can't see my future without him. He's the one I want to be with for the rest of my life. So I was planning to propose to him but I don't know what to do!
Zee: Just be sincere to him. And do what you want to do bro.
Max: I'm sincere to him but I'm too scared to do anything.
Zee: If you're sincere then buy the ring first.

*Max grab the ring in his pocket and showed it to Zee*

Zee: *shock* When did you buy the ring?
Max: I buy this one week ago.
Zee: Since you're ready, then take action now.
Max: I do... But I'm still thinking... Well, you know... Nat was engaged the last time but it fell apart. It doesn't work out and I'm afraid that he might not have moved on from that incident.
Zee: Just to do it, Max, don't let fear stop you from proposing to him. And if you truly love him, you will take a risk.
Max: Thank you, Zee.

After the talk between Zee and Max, Zee immediately said goodbye and went home. and now Zee and Nunew are currently in the living room. Nunew was lying down with his head on Zee's lap while playing games on his cell phone. Then Zee was reading a magazine while leaning his back on the soft couch.

Nunew: *humming* Babe...?
Zee: Hmm?
Nunew: Nat and I met earlier and it looks like he has a problem...
Zee: Same with Max.
Nunew: *got up from lying on Zee's lap and sat up properly* So they really have a problem?
Zee: Uhm.
Nunew: Hia, in your opinion is P'Max really in love with Jelly?
Zee: Of course!
Nunew: Really? So what's P'Max's plan now?
Zee: Uhm... He's going to propose-
Nunew: *startled and covered his mouth* What!? Really!?
Zee: Yes, babe. Actually, he already bought a ring. But he's afraid to propose to Nat.
Nunew: Why?
Zee: He's hesitating. He's worried that Nat has not recovered from his last failed engagement.
Nunew: It's a total overreaction. That was a long time ago. I can feel that Nat does like him and he really wants him to do something.
Zee: Really?
Nunew: *nods his head* Hmm Maybe we can help him...

With that, Zee and Nunew both nod their heads and call Max so that they can discuss everything. And after they planned everything, they decided to go to a resort to carry out their plan to help Max propose to Nat.

Nunew planned for them to go to the resort and pretend to have a photo shoot nearby, for Nat to agree and go with them.
