Somewhere else in an isolated city of the (mentioned country)..
"Tear the fucking place down!" Said someone by a speaker in French language.
Buildings are set on fire, killings and shooting have taken place everywhere around the city. "Vive le revolution!" chant can be heard while the rebels execute the local forces in the city. Seems like they've captured the entire city and even held innocent lives as their hostages.
At one point, the rebels approached a white armored jeep with 'UN' word written on it. Turns out UN (United Nations)'s peacekeeping forces were sent in the city all along just right when the insurgency took place. The rebels raised their guns and their torches whilst firing their guns at the sky.
"No invaders are welcome to our land! Kill the foreigners!" Said a rebel leader with his speaker while dragging a UN soldier out of the broken jeep's door. The other rebels proceeded to chant again, they looked enraged, they seemed like they wanted to kill him (UN soldier).
The soldier couldn't do anything as he's powerless and the only thing he can do now is to accept his fate while waiting for his death to come. Eventually the rebels brought a local African soldier to the spot, they dragged him and finally threw him near the UN soldier who could only watch the poor man beg for his life.
"Please spare us for sake.. we wouldn't have attacked if it wasn't for protection!" Said the African soldier in French language,
"Bullshit, YOU and your government have brought a mess to our country. Now thou shall pay the price!" Said the rebel in French language.
Other two rebels approached the soldier and stood him up while the soldier had a gun muzzle pointed at him, the UN soldier earlier could only watch helplessly when a rebel approached him with a torch and a tank full of gasoline, that rebel then poured the gasoline on him and threw the torch on him, while the other rebel shot the helpless African soldier and left them dead there.
In an addition, a local Chinese Embassy had to suffer collateral damage from the chaos. Many peacekeepers were shortly sent to the city but many of them were ambushed and killed by the rebels, leaving the embassy critically defenseless and isolated for now.

Meanwhile at an industrialized factory near the city..
"The entire city is cut off, no way out now." Said a man who's panicking about the situation,
Another guy in a black suit showed up while smoking a cigarette. Then he threw his cigar away and said: "We've dispatched the local radio station.. said they're going to send some Peacekeepers to evacuate us."
The guy in black is named 'Zhang Men' and is currently a known supervisor for the entire factory. The guy he's talking to is named 'Wei', a worker in that factory also an assistant of Zhang.
"And how do you know if they'll come in secure. Huh?" Asked Wei,
Zhang sighed as he heard that, he said: "Good point I guess.."
"Rebels might be here in anytime soon if we don't do anything. We can't just stay here forever.." Said Wei,
"Alright cut it out. You're scaring us all don't you realize that.. everybody shall calm down and stop causing commotion, we need to be quiet if you wanna live." Said Zhang,
