"So are you interested in hearing my books?" Asked Riggs.
Seems like he's speaking with someone on his radio, though his appearance can't be seen yet but his voice is deep and clear.
"Captain, I told you, there's no time for you to tell your proudest fairy tale. Besides we still have more to accomplish tonight." Said a woman from the radio, her name is 'Olivia Pierce'.
"Huh.. strange.. thought you wanted some fun instead." Riggs replied.
"Riggs, not now. Please just try and hear me out okay?" Said Olivia while she sounded annoyed,
"Okay." Answered Riggs,
"Pentagon needs your anticipation later if not sooner so don't waste your time wandering around the night for unreasonable excuses, remember it's CIA's important matter and you can't let it waste." Said Olivia.
"Sure.." Replied Riggs.
Riggs appearance is clear now, he's just staring at the view of the town.. though the town seems shallow tonight but Riggs apparently enjoyed the look of the moon shining right in the sky. Olivia began speaking again: "Alright.. we just need to make it clear that we can settle this down for tonight. Also what about the document?"
"I got them covered and it's all good." Answered Riggs,
"Better be.. we don't want another defection so we need to make this smooth and don't let anyone leak the document or anything about your identification." Said Olivia.
"Eh that'll do." Answered Riggs, then he threw his radio off the balcony and then smoked some cigarettes.

Pentagon, Washington DC..
A few hours later..
It is morning now as the sun rises shining the city of Washington DC, near the Capitol Hill, there's a small crowd and a black car where two men are identified.. they're Riggs and an USSS Agent 'Brooke' Rios, currrently identified as VIP members, both of them are seen getting in the black car where they're met with a military officer (who's presumably ranked 'Lieutenant Colonel').
"Sir." The USSS Agent greeted,
"Greetings gentlemen." The officer greeted back.
"So.. we're going now?" Asked Riggs without even greeting.
The two went silent hearing him so Agent Brooke told him: "Shh.. Have some manners around."
"Oho.. the General will definitely like your attendance later on." Answered the officer.
"Well I doubt that.." Said Riggs while looking out the window where he saw police officers and MP's escorting his accompany.
They're heading to Washington DC, their next destination to meet General B'Connor in the Pentagon before the evening..
2 hours later..
In short, they arrived at the Pentagon and they made their way to meet the General. Riggs and the Agent are currently walking down the hallway of Pentagon, there are a lot of activities in the Pentagon including some security guards guarding the place. The two had a bit of conversation while walking their way out.
"Sometimes I wonder.. how did you CIA get derived in this with just a simple approval from the military. Isn't it unnatural?" Asked the Agent,
"Nah that's classified, why would you need to know anyway." Answered Riggs,
