I awoke what felt like hours later- scratch that, it felt like I have been out for days. I looked around the room that I was in. It was the same one from when I needed to be stabbed with the healing dagger. Maroon sofa was still in the corner. A counter by the sofa. Concrete walls.

I layed still on the mattress. All I could hear was ringing in my ears. I tried to move my legs.

"Shit!" I scowled in pain. The door beside me flew open. Pinhead.

"You're awake." He muttered as he rushed to my side.

"How long was I out for?"

"Five hours." Pinhead told me.

"Did...did Sylvia-"

"Sylvia is okay, my love. She is with Angelique. Angelique is taking good care of her. I promise." Pinhead interrupted me. Right after he said that, Angelique entered the room holding a baby in her arms.

"Rise and shine!" Angelique sang. God, she could sing.

"You had to have a c-section, Victoria. You're lucky you're not badly hurt." Angelique said matter-of-factly. Pinheads fingers went in between mine. His grip was tight.

Angelique bent down, and handed me the baby girl. It was Sylvia, all right. She was a beautiful baby. One of her eyes was blue, and the other one was black. She was pale, but not as pale as her father. She had a big smile plastered on her face.

"She is beautiful. Just like you, Victoria." Pinhead whispered. His grip on my hand tightened. He had the biggest smile I have ever seen on his pale face.

Now, Pinhead and I had a healthy relationship. Yeah, we argued, but we always made up. We always forgave each other. But, what worried me a little bit is that he had anger issues. He got mad very easily. He was good at keeping his anger under control, but it still made my gut churn.

"I'll leave you two alone for a bit." Angelique sighed as she walked out of the room, closing the door behind her.

"I'm glad you're not badly hurt." Pinhead mumbled as he smothered me in kisses.

"Pin! Babe, I-I'm fine!" I laughed. He didn't listen. He continued to smother me in gentle kisses. It was probably because I was pregnant, but he was being very affectionate, even before I gave birth. He just wanted to hold me close to him 24/7. To be honest, I loved it.

"So, let me guess, Sylvia is like, half human and half Cenobite?" I questioned curiously.

"Yes, that is correct." Pinhead replied.

"I'm scared, Pin."

"Like you said, we will learn together, darling." He assured me. That made me feel a little bit better. But, not a whole lot. I was nervous. I was never a parent up until then!

"Hell Priest! Hide Sylvia and Victoria!" Angelique shouted breathlessly.

"Why, what is wrong?!" Pinhead and I shouted I'm unison. That's when it hit me.

"Merkova is back!"
